Log ongoing: a funeral for Mulder

junoscave and anyone who wants?
Summary; This is for Mulder's funeral because he is gone.
Log;
He didn’t own much so there wasn’t much for Juno to remember him by. His gun, she had that, and his long duster coat, she’d been wearing that for a few days now.
Sat in room 302 where Walter used to live daring him to come back for her next, Juno was feeling a little crazy.
Sick with grief.
Closed casket, so no one needed to see what a mess was made. Walter was not gentle when he killed. Poor Mulder. Best not to remember him that way.
In the casket with him was Juno’s long ponytail she cut off by way of mourning him, a custom of her background. In his hands the little cross necklace they found spelunking in those caves. It was Scully’s the woman he said he had come with.
Candles, and a long table with some snacks. He had always eaten sunflower seeds.
She hated them, they were so tasteless and dry, caught in her teeth but there were some there, yeah like he’d come to this and eat them.
Juno sat feeling numb and waited to see who would come to Mulder’s funeral.

Death had arrived although, of course, that was almost a given.
And she sat with Juno and was silent herself for some time.
