When; March 29, Best friends curse
Rating; G For pure cracktasticness
Characters; Bane (
baneofmyexist), Zaheela (
henkonasuisho), and I guess any stalkers
Summary; You heard em, they're going on adate Walk. This episode of crack is inspired by This
Log;
Zaheela dashed down the street, trying to gather her hair in a messy ponytail, hair tie caught between her teeth. She was late, AGAIN! Stupid Masaki and his "I'm not gay" rant. The day had started out just fine, with Bane accepting her plea to stop being a hermit and come out of his hideout. But then her friends had some interesting questions, specifically about the relationship between the two of them. She didn't understand why they thought she should hate Bane, he had been one of her best friends, and secret crush, for a good long while now. Sure, she had other guy friends, but there was just... something about Bane. She couldn't pinpoint it actually.
Darting between a couple, she finally managed to gather all her unruly hair and moved to take the hair tie, only to crash into a tall figure. She fell back with a thump and a groan. She needed to learn to look where she was running outside of battles, she swore.

"...Oh just... shove a cork in it." She growled, quickly jumping back and regathering her hair to tie it back. "You make it sound like I'm out to kill you." Standing up, she looked away, trying to will the bright red from her cheeks.

"And you do sulk." She snickered as she pushed him from behind.

"Yes dear, total dominance, world domination, subduing all forms of life, etc etc. Sorry to say but so does half of this city." She muttered, still pushing lightly. "I swear, you men are so... single minded, it hurts to ponder it." All of this was said with a cocky grin.
"Besides, what happens when you finally obtain it hrm? Then what? Take up water polo?" She joked, tail playfully swinging with her step.

"So, what have you been plotting in that hole of yours?" She asked with a curious look, not that he'd reveal his plans that easily, but it was an icebreaker, which she desperately needed.

"A) You realize that I do LIVE here as well and B) there are a lot of people who fall under the category 'good'. Besides, with the Arrancar causing hell and insanity that forms the very core of this city, as well as a hundred and twelve other things, the actual chance of whatever you plan actually succeeding is rather low no matter how well planned it seems? Especially on such a large scale?" She rambled, glancing from the corner of her eye towards Bane and taking a hand out of a pocket to open the door and enter the cafe, holding it briefly for Bane to follow.
The smell of coffee literally smacked one across the face and she loved it. Pausing a moment to wait for her companion to catch up, she smiled.
"Coffee or Tea?" She questioned.

He gave her a smile and slight nod of appreciation as he passed through the doorway. "Tea would be better," he said. He scanned the room, for an empty table, then headed over to claim it before someone else did.

"Others hrm? But that's not COMPLETE domination is it? More like shared control? And yes, I wouldn't be interested in such things. I prefer partners, not servants." She responded with a shrug. "Besides, domination only lasts as the person's wit and ability to adapt to new changes right? I just hope you plan doesn't blow up in your face."
no subject
"I of course realize that complete domination is an unrealistic goal, but it's a nice dream," he said nonchalantly. "For now I would be satisfied with shared rule, or at the very least, causing some serious chaos and destruction. Whatever it takes to make my vision come true."
He shook his head as she approached with their drinks and waved toward the empty chair across from him. "But enough about me, how have you been? It feels like we haven't spoken in a lifetime."
no subject
"A lifetime and a half." She remarked with a raised eyebrow. "Study, study, chess game, study study, occasional outting with friends. Compared to your life, mine appears to be very dull." She nibbled on the corner of the scone, savoring the fruity tang and bribing her poor stomach to shut up and stop embarrassing her.
"Oh, I've started hiring contractors to build my new home in the woods." She added in with a smile, once again sipping the black coffee. "Do you think you'd like to come and visit some time once it's finished?"
no subject
"What kind of home are we talking about? A massive three-story mansion or a log cabin?" he said with a smirk.
no subject
"It'll take a while, but it's well worth the wait..." She paused for a minute, before giggling. "Why, think I can't rough it?"

[OOC: lol it's going to make Bane puke tomorrow. :P]

"Talents won't save me if I'm starving out in the middle of nowhere." She deadpanned, rolling her eyes again. At the hottub remark, she pushed down the urge to make a snarky comeback. "You know how much I LOVE to swim. The tiger in me or something like that." She joked.
no subject
"You always struck me more as a tabby than a tiger," Bane replied playfully. "Though you certainly can be a tiger when the situation calls for it."
no subject
"Just WHAT do you mean by THAT?"

"That I'm unnecessarily violent." She lied. A weak lie, but still passable; she just hoped he bought that.
no subject
"Of course there was that one time when I tried to enslave you, but that was all in good fun, eh?"
[OOC: I'm sorry, I couldn't help it. :P]

"We can take a walk through the gardens maybe?" She suggested, tilting her head sideways slightly, with a disarming smile of her own.

"Damn cocky bastard." She grumbled, but a small grin was on her face as she walked out the door, but let the door slam on Bane's face. A little revenge never did hurt, neither did sporting a playful, but apologetic smile. She waited for him to exit before falling in step with him. They chattered about this and that, diabolical plans and stuff, just like all normal best friends did.
At least tomorrow everything would be back to normal.
