Log: Ongoing
When: May 28th, evening
Rating: Teen for violence
Characters: Katou [
k_a_t_o_u] and Dracula [
sinfulpride]
Summary: After receiving a gift from his devoted (*cough*) servant, Dracula chooses to express his appreciation in no uncertain terms.
Log:
All in all, Dracula felt that he had been quite patient with his servant. Katou's enthusiasm for disrepectful behavior grated against the vampire's sensibilities, but had remained at a level that could be readily ignored in light of his otherwise satisfactory service. The victims he brought were always as required, and beneath the defiance, he had been obediant to the count's whims.
Katou had pushed the vampire's tolerance too far this time, with the presentation of the hideous yarn and knitting needles, and his mockery of how Dracula had chosen to spend his hours in recent days.
The satisfaction that punishing his wayward minion would bring him was well worth leaving Vladislaus to his rest when sunset came. Dracula had no trouble seeking out the boy, and was oddly pleased to discover that Katou was not cowering in a vain attempt to hide.

"Very good," he said, patting Katou on the shoulder without regard for his injured arm. "However, you should remember one thing. Had you apologized sooner, I might have leant you my blood so that you would heal more quickly. I'm afraid, in light of your extended defiance, you will simply have to suffer." He gave Katou's shoulder a squeeze, enough to keep him in mind of the fact that Dracula could, if he chose, crush the bones beneath his deceptively human fingers. "I trust you can see to yourself. You will be expected to return to your duties tomorrow night."
