Log; Ongoing
When; June 1, in the Afternoon
Rating; PG
Characters; William Wordsworth
prof_wordsworth and Marisa Coulter
goldenallure
Summary; While having lunch, William meet's the lovely Mrs. Coulter and is quite taken by her.
Log; William had never enjoyed having lunch alone but sometimes it was nice, and Pandora's was the perfect place. He had been coming here to eat since arriving in the City. The food was quite wonderful, as was the wine, though he wasn't drinking this time, not after Greed and a pool game to remember.
William sat back after finishing his pasta and simply looked around. Where he was sitting was out of sight of most people, he had no need to worry about being spotted. Which suited William.

A sudden sight had captured her attention though - her footsteps slowed to a halt, her gaze turning to study the quaint cafe before her. There was no denying the fact she was a tad peckish and it seemed to fit her standards, at least on appearance alone. It couldn't hurt to give it a once over. A finger pressing against her lips in thought Marisa glanced at her daemon.
It nodded its head once, a silent agreement made.

Getting the device to work was now top of his list and keeping the Pope away from the RCO.

With ease she slipped off the long coat that she wore and folded it over her arm. It was there that the woman waited to be waited upon. Oh she could wait - she had all the time in world at this point; there was no rush.

Standing not too far away from his table was the most beautiful woman William had ever seen. Gold spun hair framed her face, sparkling blue eyes looked around the restaurant and a light smile touched her lips. William couldn't take his eyes off her.

"Oh no, I am here alone.. would it be too much trouble to ask if there was an open table?" Her voice laced with sweet gentleness it could have been honey had it been real. The monkey remained perched peacefully on her shoulder and watching.

Lyra!
Of course Lyra and Pantalaimon. Could this woman be from the same world?

It was a sight to see this creature lift the glass gently and drink it slowly all the while the lady gazing out the window. And it was not lost upon her that there were eyes on her - it was something she was quite used to.

"I hope I'm not bothering you. I am William Wordsworth. I couldn't help noticing your friend." He said smiling and looking at the golden monkey for a moment.

To her he appeared to be a man of high-rank in society. His clothing were certain to remind her of her own home of wealth and proper etiquette. It was a welcomed sight for her; not to mention a promise of an idea in the back of her mind. A man such of himself would know things.. things about this city and its inhabitants.. Offering her hand with her head in a bow, she spoke gently, almost timidly. "You do not bother me in the slightest my good sir." Even the gold monkey bowed in welcome to the other man.
If it was an act or not who could really tell - at this point it all came naturally to Marisa to be so charming and graceful. with the tilt of her head, the golden curls brushing against her cheeks the lady motioned to the seat across from her. "Please, Sir Wordsworth, it would be an honor if you would be so kind as to share a drink with me." Nor did it hurt to flirt if even just a bit.

Up close, she was even more lovely, radiant with such grace. William was fully ensnared by her.
