Log: On-Going

When; June 6th, Afternoon-ish
Rating; PG for now
Characters; Elena [livejournal.com profile] lady_turk & Roy [livejournal.com profile] flameroy
Summary; Roy, being bored out of his mind apparently, ask Elena for a fight challenge. Someone will probably be getting their butt kicked, though who is up in the air. My money's on Elena kicking Roy's behind, but I'm biased~<3
Log;

A quick stop by the Durandal to pick up a few supplies and a certain bangle she rarely wore since she didn't have that much of a need for it, and then Elena made her way to the front of Building 3 in fairly good time, given how far the Durandal was from the rest of the City. She had heard a thing or two about Alchemy in her time in the City, so she wasn't totally unprepared for it. But still, best to have an ace in the hole than none at all.

And what with recent events, Elena couldn't help but actually be somewhat cheerful over this new encounter, though it wasn't one she typically sought out. Things were good, curses and all actually. So maybe she was allowed a little lapse and to have a little silly fun every now and then.

Plus, it never hurt anyone any, or it never hurt Elena any, to get in a test of her skills too.

Roy did just that, his hands found their way back into his pockets, and he found himself walking as if magnetised to the place he had told Elena about. He hadn't thought much about how he was actually going to tackle this sparring match. He hadn't used his alchemy since that day. It didn't phase him so much, but he did wonder whether to try it out before leaping into something quite like this.

His fists balled up in his pockets, and remained that way until they reached their destination, a large clearing he'd stumbled upon close to the edge of the forest around the outskirts of town. The floor was dusty, probably from lack of growth of grass.

When he'd arrived pretty much in the middle of the area he'd chosen, he stopped, turning to face Elena again.

"Good enough for you? I thought perhaps we could take places and on a count, begin?" Yes Yes, that would be the best option for him.
