Log: Complete
When; Sunday, 17th of June, evening(?)
Rating; Teen (a real feat, considering it’s Greed), for swearing, most likely
Characters; Yuffie Kisaragi (
cupofwutaiglory) and Greed (
so_very_greedy)
Summary; Just as he gallantly offered two days previous, Greed takes Yuffie on a tour of the City, especially the bars and other places a innocent and sweet and awesome girl like her shouldn’t be in. Yuffie insists this is NOT a date. A challenge has been issued, and the Wutaian princess is set on mugging the homunculus before the night ends. Just because she so can. Madness, thus, ensues.
Log;
Yuffie waited for Greed on the stairs leading up to her building’s entrance. She looked down at her new green shirt, still impressed at how almost identical it was to the one she’d owned when she’d been fourteen. It was almost melancholy. Only not.
She leaned back, her elbows on some stairs above from where she sat, and looked at the sky to pass time. The ticking was starting to piss her off, so she hoped the man arrived quickly.

She looked around, keeping close. "Oh, here, I forgot," she said, dropping an apple into his hand. "Token."

They dodged through several alleys and streets, eyes watching them from all around, even if most were out of view.
"Ah! Just up ahead. The large neon sign that says "The Dive"."

"What is that place...?"

"So what do you think? Good place to start?"

When she'd been young, and learned how to sneak past the guards, these places were the best materia containers. "I like it."

"Need anything?" he said, "Just ask."

But Aeris' disappointed face...she couldn't deal with that one.

"So, you got any marks lined up? I was aiming for that mob-boss lookin' guy," he whispered, pointing to a large gentleman in a suit, flanked by several smaller men in similar garb, "They're dressed nicer, so they have more money."

"Good luck," he said, walking to the his target's table.

From a distance, it couldn't be told what he said, but it obviously upset the men around him. They began to yell and argue, drawing gun and knives.
Greed laughed to himself about something and suddenly sprang up, bashing one man in the face. It triggered the other men to attack, creating a self-contained brawl at that table. Surprisingly enough, no one seemed to be taking notice as long as it stayed in that area.

"Sup, babe! Good to see ya'!" he yelled, tossing several men away, "It's a free for all, your choice!"

"Come on, bitches!" he yelled, "Come get some of Greed!"
He took a knife in the gut, then broke the hand that wielded it and sent him backwards through a banister.

Slowly, between the two of them they managed to thin out all thugs in the bar.

"Let's go, Yuffie," he said, walking out into the night, "So where do ya' want to go?"
no subject
"Man, this city is crazy. These have been the weirdest, and first, non-date dates I've ever had."
