Greed was already doing his stretches on the beach as he waited for his opponent. Pretty boy obviously had an attitude problem that needed fixing. And if one thing every changed an outlook, it was a good bruising.

"Oi," Greed called out, splashing his face with some seawater, "Don't keep me waitin', boy! Tell ya' what, howsabout you make the first maneuver?"

Greed hopped excitedly from one foot to the other, awaiting the next strike.

Kanda's eyes widened as he watched the limbs regenerate quickly, faster than he himself could heal. Even if he did cut through the armor, it wouldn't stop this jerk from getting back up.

Pulling his sword away, he cursed again under his breath and tried to come up with another plan. "I don't know what the fuck you are, but even if I did kill you, you'd come back tomorrow in this place, right?"

"Dunno, maybe?" Greed said, rising up and cracking his neck, "Never died here. I self-resurrect immediately."

He tested his new limbs for a moment, then readdressed his opponent.

"Just give up, kid. I've got more lives in me than you could waste. You're still nothin' compared to some swordsmen I've seen. I'll still be goin' long after your stamina runs out."

Kanda tossed a glare at him and began sheathing his sword, unwilling to waste any more time or any more of his life reserve fighting this asshole. It was no point if he was just going to come back and annoy him over and over.

"'che. Whatever you say. I'm sick of dealing with you. Not helping me find a way out of this place any faster."

"Fine. I'm sick of beatin' you, anyway. It's no fun anymore. I satisfied that I can beat your ass if I need to. Outta' my sight, kid."

Kanda let out a snort of disgust and said nothing else, refusing to waste any more words on this fool. He was better off avoiding him until he left -avoiding most people, even.
