Summary; After mentioning the "wonders" of the underground, the Jackal decides to go on a trip. And who better to accompany than the kitty?

The underground. Needless to say, it hadn't ever been at the top of the places he could go. Or at least, as far as it seemed like he may end up having to venture. The bars, the clubs, the stores. They were all easy enough to get to. But further down; that's where things got more complicated.

That also seemed likely to be the one place they would undoubtely end up going to.

Working under the cover that he had to pick up something, Alec had made his excuses to Rachel and headed out. Not before making sure to dig out a few...precautionary measures. One of which nestled comfortably in the back of his waistband. Hands stuffed into his pockets, Alec stood quietly by the edge of the fountain, his eyes unhampered by the darkness as he glanced round, looking for some sign of the doctor.

Akabane was punctual as ever, walking slowly though the darkness almost as if he were not in a hurry. Though in truth he was giddy as a school boy on the inside the night promised to be loads of fun, If this Alec provided the fun he wanted then he would have no reason to kill the man. He was really looking for someone to hold his interest for now until one of the GetBackers gets pulled in.

Such a funny though the look on Ban Midous face if someone hired him to retrieve Dr. Jackal, the idea in its self made he snicker as he came into view of the fountain seeing the experiment standing there. Just for the ambiance of the moment a gust of wind picked up making his coat flutter all around him a hand went up to keep the hat on his head taking a few steps closer an amused noise came from the mans throat.

“I do hope that your Alec, I would be quiet disappointed otherwise.”

The Jackal spoke as he tilted his head the shadow of the hat covering most of his face but the grin, that was visible he always looked so …gentle and natural. One should never be fooled by Kuroudo Akabane the man was as vicious as they come, when he is bored that is.

Tracking the approaching figure, Alec remained practically motionless. Instead, he took to watching the other as he tried to gauge whether this was in fact the man he was supposed to be meeting. His answer came moments later however, as the new arrival spoke.

"Wouldn't want to disappoint." Taking a step away from the fountain, he continued. "Akabane, I take it?" Though he was already sure of the answer. Smirking slightly, Alec took in the sight quickly; the long black coat, the wide-brimmed hat. It seemed to fit in with the way the man had acted in their earlier talk.

Or at least the one side he'd shown.

"Ready to head off then?"

Akabane grinned as Alec answered him “Delightful. Yes I am Kuroudo Akabane, It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance Alec, please don’t bore me.” he added with his grin as he moved a bit closer in his slow way of walking his head tilted again letting his grin be seen.

“well you are a lot more than I expected my dear friend, so shall we venture to the underground now? Or are you hoping for chit-chat first?” the Doctor spoke as he let go on the hat once the wind stopped the lose threads of hair hanging around his face like a veil awaiting his answers. He did not know his way down there but he knew he would be down there a lot once he found out how to get there.

[ooc: I do, but on this sad not, Friday and Sunday nights I am hardly online because my roommates boyfriend is home and uses the computer I normally do. So I may not be able to respond until tomorrow]

Even now, he still wasn't any closer to working out quite what Akabane was up to. On the surface level, he seemed nice enough. But he knew to believe otherwise. There was no way Alec would've survived as long as he had if he had believed everything he saw.

"'course. It's over this way." A slight grin and Alec motioned to the side with his head, before taking a step in the same direction. One of the many entrances to the underground sat nearby, so it would be easy enough to get in. "Unless there's something you want to ask."

Yes judging on first glance is differently not to way to stay alive in this day in age. Alec was a very smart man indeed. Dr. Jackal made his way fully into view as he stood watching him for a long moment before he mused some a small pleased noise came from the man.

"Delightful. I have no questions, I only wait for the fun that is no doubt about to come."

was the only thing the man said as he followed the man watching his back as he walked highly entertained by the idea of what may just be waiting on the other side. He could barely contain his excitement.
