Log; Ongoing
When; July 23, 10:xx AM
Rating; PG-13
Characters; Dark
charmingthief, Zaheela
henkonasuisho, Haku
broken_tool, Nunnally
brother_love.
Summary; Three curse-affected people stealing something from one unaffected person with a mallet or three. This won't end well.
Log;
Dark walked out in the open street, almost daring the authorities to come and try to arrest him. Besides, they didn't have anything substantial on him. Just rumors and gossip.
Slowly glancing around, as to not grab the attention of anyone tailing him, he noticed a large... bird tied to a pole near one of the large apartment building. He signaled to the others as he fished out his trusty Ice Talon; they had found their next steal.
[ooc: Sorry for the late post~ I woke up late. DX We can just post as we go, no real order, ok?]

'Mother' was in her nest, reading some hide covered paper of pretty nonsense, muttering or shifting once in a while, but clearly not paying attention to HIM. Tempation to untie himself from the pole was high, but he heard a rustle in the bushes and turned his head.
[OOC: good with me?]

Haku blinked slowly as he got a better look at the strange creature in front of him, it was a rather large bird and by the looks of it, had too short of wings to fly. Haku pulled back at the arrow, eyes alert for any and all movement. He stopped a few feet in front of the bird before turning around, making sure the coast was clear and awaited further instruction from Dark.

His Ice Talon, a cardboard replica in hand, he moved closer to the bird and the rope, slipping into the shadows. A few deft motions and the rope was loose.
[ooc: PECK HIM CHOCOBO, PECK HIM]

A flap of the wings and he strutted away proudly, tailfeathers up and turned away from the three intruders. Not his problem.
[OOC: how about a headbutt? someone jump onto his back? That'll alert the kitten to the disruption~]

If he wanted excitement, give him a Rampaging Behemoth or a horde of angry Orcs; not this!
An ear twitched as the 'mother' in question heard the startled wark of her hand-raised chocobo. Darting up and dropping the books she was researching without a care, her hand grabbing the small, yet heavy warhammer on the wall before heading outside before slamming open the window and launching herself out the window. Her eyes were greeted by the fiasco.
"What in Blazes is going on here?!?" She roared, not in the mood for things like this.

His left hand grabbed at feathers while his right moved to free his cardboard dagger from its sheathe. He then threw it at the angry hammer-wielding catgirl and tried to reach the reins.
"Haku! I could use some help over here!"

Reaching into her robe, Nunnally pulled out some dirt and grass she had pulled out of the ground before and sprinkled it a bit. Then she pointed her finger at Zaheela chanting a few words.
"Magic Missile!"

...And waited....
.......and waited....
When nothing happened, however she peered to her side, confused. What in the world was going on?

His right finally grasped the reins of the bird and Dark rolled off its back. His other hand slipped to his pocket and pulled out a bag of flour and flung it at the catgirl's general direction.
"Run away!" He shouted, pulling at the reins of the stubborn bird.

Nunnally turned her head toward the sound of the girl breathing and gave her a thankful smile.
"Can you help me find my way home?"

"I'm... erm." She had no idea how to handle this. Dark was trying to kidnap Eisen but it would be wrong of her to leave the girl there... She stood there for a moment, ear twitching in her mental debate, trying to figure out what to do... The answer, however would reveal itself in a moment.
The bag of flour exploded against the barrier, and out of sheer surprised, she broke the barrier. The impact caused the lose paper bag to spill it's contents, covering her surrounding with white and blinding the Mithra. She began to cough wildly as the flour choked the air, giving them plenty of time to escape. Eisen pulled his head back, lifting Dark off the ground for a moment but began to move with the thief, struggling all the way.
The cloud of flour disappeared and the Mithra blinked bleary eyes. She had no idea what was going on, but now her patience was growing thin... Dangerously thin. It was bad enough that they had attempted to 'attack' her, even in jest. But they took HER Chocobo, HER Eisen. Someone was very... very dead, and she took chase after the thieves. Ooooo, when she got her hands on them....

"Dark-sama!" Haku called out, looking up at him. "Let's make a left, let's run towards the lake!" It was a bit of a stretch...but since the woman was a cat humanoid, maybe she has a great distaste for water?

An angry squawk tore him from his musing and made him growl in frustration. He only pulled harder at the reins, the lake slowly coming into sight.

"WARK!!!!!!!!"
Back at the apartment, Zaheela growled loudly, ears flattened. She took a step forward before stopping and remembering that there was a blind girl who she had to take account for. She couldn't just leave her there, but Eisen's beak would suffer damage if he resisted any more she theorized.
That left one option, take the girl with her.
Picking up a stick she began to walk around the girl, dragging the end against the ground, occasionally stopping to scrawl some strange symbol at a random point.
"I guess I'll take you home if you tell me where, but I have... a small detour. Is that alright?" Zaheela inquired, glancing at the girl, before closing her eyes. Without even asking for an answer, she began her own chant, long and complicated, willing the spell into being. Slowly and surely, gravity lost it's hold and lifted the both of them, wheelchair and all, into the air. Fingers grabbing one of the girls, she began to lead the way, giving chase. Dark was a dead pervert.

Then she started to fly. She enjoyed flying but this time was sitting in her wheelchair instead of being carried. Nunnally thought it was better this way.
She wrapped her hand tightly around Zaheela's and let her other senses feel exactly what was going on.

Damn Murphy's Law.
Stumbling, he let go of the reins, and the chocobo shot free. "Get back here!" Dark yelled as he chased after it.
