Summary; Two old vampire hunters meet for tea.

Admittedly Arthur had been distracted as of late, he had much going on in his mind but still he found time to meet with the other elder vampire hunter in the City. Arthur may have not looked his years but he was certainly feeling them at times.

He wasn't entirely sure why Mr. Belmont wanted to meet but he had a good idea. He had seen the argument between Integral and Mr. Belmont and he could honestly say he understood both sides.

"Sir Hellsing?" a voice said behind Arthur.

Arthur turned around at the call of his name. "Mr. Belmont, I presume," he answered with a slight nod of his head.

Julius nodded and took a seat without removing his overcoat. Didn't hurt to be cautious.

"Thank you for meeting me. I realize my recent encounter with your daughter was somewhat... contentious."

"Yes, I did notice. My daughter is proud but most people do not get to see the side of her that is also humble," Arthur said matter-of-factly. "What did you wish to discuss?"

"Lots of things, in point of fact," Julius said. He ordered a green tea. "The thing that most springs to mind is...well," he glanced towards the old mansion, where the shadow of the Deux ex Machina II loomed over it, somehow making the mansion's attempts at gloom and creep seem somewhat... urbane.

Arthur followed Julius glance toward the Major's stronghold. "I see. That is one thing that constantly looms."

Julius received his tea and swirled it around a little before drinking.

"I've heard the simple answer of 'war mongering Nazis', but that seems a little too simple to me. ... Who the hell are they?"

Arthur looked at Julius curiously before replying. "They are warmongering Nazis. Madmen, monsters, warmongers, that is all accurate to say about them. Their leader has this obsession with never-ending war and unfortunately my daughter and Alucard are his 'beloved' enemies. "

"He doesn't seem to be dealing with them a lot," Julius responded. "He seems most interested in Miss Blake these days." He sipped at his tea. "Is his war-lust all you know about them?"

Arthur sat back giving Julius a wary look. "Does he now?" he asked his expression slightly darken over the thought of what Anita Blake had tried to do to Saya. "I do not doubt that her lack of control makes her an interesting subject to him and his people more specifically his scientist."

"His scientist?"

"Yes, the Major's group has a scientist that goes by the moniker, Doc. He is the one who managed to create vampires without following the rules of our world," Arthur said matter-of-factly.

"Those rules being?"

"Are we having a meeting or is this merely you pumping me for information? Because if this is to be one-sided then perhaps we should end this meeting now," Arthur answered simply. There was no anger or annoyance in his voice, his tone was frank and neutral.

Julius shrugged. "What would you like to talk about, then?"

"I wish to know your main purpose for asking to meet me, Mr. Belmont. If you wanted to speak of Millennium solely we could have found a more secure place. By now you must realize that they are always observing and we are quite out in the open."

Julius sighed and sipped at his tea. "That could be said of anything we could want to talk about," he pointed out. "But frankly, I'd be fine if we wanted to talk about the the weather. Being the only person from my world can be a bit lonely."
