killerdimples, Nicholas Brocklehurst
razrsharp
Summary; A special problem requires a special kind of technician.
Log;
Brocklehurst arrived at the Coliseum dressed down in his jeans, a t-shirt, and a simple hooded jacket, far removed from the suits he wore to work. The shock shouldn't have been much for Lee who he felt was more down to earth than most of the denizens in the City. Nicholas waited at a table near the front windows, nursing a beer and considering his early conversation with Faye in the interim. Diamonds.

How am I going to ask this? Two months ago I could barely admit being attracted to a guy, and now I'm seriously going to talk to a gay man about how to have se- His brain cut him off. No need to think about it.
He spotted the other man and sat down in front him. "Hey," he started casually.

He stared. How to start this immeasurably embarrassing conversation? So. Nicholas. I bet you know something about how to fuck a guy in the ass. Could you teach me without inflaming the jealous wraths of our respective boyfriends?
Definitely not that way.
"So. How old are you?"
Smooth, genius. He'll never guess you're an actor now.
no subject
"Can you guess," he asked casually, then raised his chin, "forty-three in a week."
Brocklehurst felt sympathy for Lee despite not knowing his plight.

"Really? You definitely don't look it." The waitress brought his beer, which he accepted gracefully, and tried to patch over the stupid question. "How's Styles? Other than reading books on the KGB."
no subject
"Well. We may not have a Russia here but whatever enriches his knowledge," he smiled. "Where's the fire, Lee."

He knew he sounded awkward, and dumb, and like a teenager, and no one had ever had to explain how sex with a woman worked, but he was twenty six and he was not gonna be seen giving Tony bad sex. Felt. Whatever.
"How long have you known you liked guys?"
no subject
"Long enough, Lee. Foster must be a first for you," Nicholas deduced with a faint smirk.

He paused.
The pause lengthened.
And then he muttered, "This is really weird."

"I've been gay for a long time," the Englishman shrugged before taking another sip, completely relaxed on the matter. One might not have guessed he was the same man who ran the Piaculum Palace. "There's nothing I haven't heard, if that's what worries you."
no subject
"To disappoint." He stopped.
Oddly, he did feel better.

He cleared his throat briefly then leaned forward, to contain their conversation.
"Judging from the last few days I would've thought you and Foster had already crossed that bridge," said Nicholas. "What has he told you?"
no subject
God. Go, Nicholas, go, try to sound a little more pathetic, why don't you.
"Okay. It's sad, but I don't know how. And you're the only gay guy I know who isn't my boyfriend or a vampire. And I'd rather not ask the vampires, because they sort of really freak me out."
No need to mention that Tony's vampire back home had sunk his teeth in one too many times.

"Aren't you from Canada? Vancouver? They've quite a community up there," said the Englishman before another sip of beer. "They write books and make movies for this sort of thing, Lee." He smiled then set his beer down again.
"Let me see your hands."
no subject
"Yeah, I am...but you know, I kissed Tony, and three days later he disappeared, so I wasn't exactly looking into the community." Lee remembered those awful six months of wondering if Tony was dead; not knowing where he was, listening to Henry Fitzroy rage about it, worrying that Tony was hurt or dying or alone.
He pressed his hands against the table in front of Nicholas and tried to forget.

He held up his own hands for the Canadian's reference. Brocklehurst's knuckles were thick, his hands large and worked, but his fingernails were near immaculate.
"How far did you go," asked the blonde, now realizing perhaps he hadn't gotten as lucky as Nicholas initially thought.

Lee took a swig of his beer and explained, a lot of the embarrassment and tension from earlier gone, "He went down on me. I jerked him off. The next few nights we just slept."
He wondered, briefly, if Tony wanted him to be more proactive.

Nicholas assumed if Lee didn't have any Tony should, but if the latter hadn't had sex at all in the City who knew. Both were essential for a fresh couple in his opinion. Styles and Brocklehurst had ditched the rubbers years ago but they were an exclusive exception to the rule, which was less of a rule and more of a guideline.
"Your best tool in bed's going to be him, you know."

Not the time to mention that he had read on some of the more intense fansites dedicated to his and Mason's characters about the stuff. He hadn't been able to make it halfway through any of it; it was too creepy to think about sex with Mason.
"Yeah...but I don't know. I wanted to give him something better than me fumbling around the first time."
no subject
"That's a sweet sentiment to have, Lee, I assume this is a serious pursuit," Nicholas nodded. It was unlike his first meeting with Christopher, all of it pure pleasure as a perk of their professions. It took time for their relationship to become something far more serious.
"Foster's a bit uptight, I'll give you that," Brocklehurst smirked. Getting the boy to relax would be Lee's challenge. "Slow and steady, once it's in there's not much else you need to do except shag the boy silly."
no subject
He laughed at Nicholas' analysis of Tony. "He is, kind of, but I don't blame him, really." He swallowed. "He's kind of had a thing for me since he started working on the show...so, a year? I think he still sort of thinks he's dreaming and that he's going to wake up and I'm going to decide I don't like boys."
That wasn't going to happen.
no subject
A year of star gazing? Brocklehurst had to admit it was almost ideal, one of those dream come true sort of situations as Lee mentioned of Tony. Funny that, he and Christopher were nothing like the younger pair, but Nicholas also worried that one day he might wake and Styles would be dead. All of this would be nothing more than a cruel dream, all the more reason to make of it whatever he reasonably could.
"This sort of thing requires a demonstration."

He took a swig of beer - to make sure he wasn't going to choke on any remnants of food, because the next words out of his mouth were probably choking enough - "What do you mean?"
no subject
"Let him take control, Lee. Ask him to show you what he likes and wants you to do. You've already surprised him by coming out, don't overdo it by trying to surprise him with skills you don't have," he nodded then tipped his beer back, emptying the glass. "That's what I mean."

Exactly what my relationship needs. Yes, Tony, I went with my gay boss who you have issues of him wanting me to a gay sex show. No, it wasn't so he could sex me up; we were just planning on teaching me how to have good gay sex.
"That makes a lot of sense." He finished his burger. "Sorry to dump this all on you."
no subject
"It's all right, Lee," he gave an easy smile.
no subject
"I really appreciate it. Strange as that may be."
