Log;
Greed was in the designated meeting spot well in advance of his date, never one to dally on such an important matter. He was wearing a long, black leather duster this time, a change from his usual style. He could already detect Ino's scent as she approached.
"Sup, Ino!" he called out to the open air, "Knew you'd show!"

It was not hard to find him, though Greed seemed to have some ability of telling she was there even though he had not looked her way, and she had not spoken, or made a noise. Ino cracked a cocky smile, coming to a stop, hand on her one hip. "And why wouldn't I show? I believe I was promised a good time."

He walked to the beginning of the trail and cocked his legs for a sprinting stance.
"Care to test that ninja speed of yours?"
no subject
Blue eyes flickered over to Greed, a soft pout given, yet within a moment it broke into a grin. "But I wouldn't want to disappoint. Go?"
Winking, Ino set off toward the temple.

"Ha ha ha, this way! This way!"
no subject
Watching as Greed caught up, she tossed him a look, smirking. "Hey! Didn't you know, ladies go first!"
no subject
"Come on up, I know you guys are good at this game!" he yelled down, clearing another large limb.
The doors of the temple loomed in the distance.

The chakra was gathered at the bottom of her feet as she ran toward the tree, nimbly leaping up and sticking, not pausing in the least as the kunoichi gave pursuit. Her confident voice, which was something Ino was known for, replied teasingly, "Good doesn't even come close to describing how good I am."

He slammed downward in his armored form, smashing down right near the doors, then prying himself loose from the ground. He banged the gong near the doorway and opened up the massive front door.
"Ha ha ha! Winner!"

Huffing, Ino rolled her eyes, starting her slow descent, for she did not need to hurry, and jumped down to the ground from the lowest branch. A slightly annoyed and slightly pouting voice rang out. "Well, that's some trick you have up your sleeve..."
no subject
He held his arm out for her and gestured inside with the other.
"Ready to go?"
no subject
Pushing her blonde locks from her face, Ino placed a hand on her hip, tossing him a look. "I didn't think you were a gentlemen?"
Smirking, she swayed past him, going inside.

"We have to keep the place clean."
The main room stretched out before them, with several halls branching out. Ancient relics, art, and artifacts lined the walls around them.
"Let's grab the food on the way up."
no subject
Blue eyes looked around, blinking in surprise at the sights that surrounded her. It was actually quite a beautiful place, and Ino's eyes kept jumping from item to item, for a moment forgetting where she was.
Looking back then to Greed as he spoke, she grinned, and winked. "Sure! Lead the way!"
no subject
"Have a seat," he said, placing down the packages and unloading them.
"We have french onion soup, leg of lamb, crepe's, chocolate mousse, rice pilaf, and a bit of escargot. I figured I'd order french food, tonight. We've also got iced tea and red wine."
no subject
Upon reaching the roof though, her focus shifted, and a small smile twisted on her lips. Arching one eyebrow, she looked over at Greed, before sitting down. Ino was impressed.
"French food? Well, whatever it is, is sounds yummy." Her head tipped slightly sending Greed a grin. "You do have good taste. I'll give you that."
no subject
"And I'll bet you taste good," he purred, grasping her hand and bringing it to his lips, "Hm. It looks like I was right."
He raised a glass in front of her.
"To dinner with beautiful women."
no subject
Blinking, Ino could not help but allow a small flush to color her cheeks, before narrowing her eyes at him. "I'd be disappointed if you thought otherwise."
Ino picked up her own glass then, a soft laugh at his choice of toast, and clinked her glass against him. "And greedy men?"
no subject
"Not often I have this stuff. It's certainly differnt," he said, between mouthfuls of food, "What do you think?"
no subject
Taking her own time to actually chew and taste the food, Ino gave a soft hum, licking her lips. "Mm, well, I like it! Maybe not the escargot as much... Maybe it is an acquired taste..."
no subject
He took another deep draught of wine and lay on his side idly devouring a bread roll.
"So tell me, Miss Ino. Have you ever been in hot springs?"
no subject
Her eyes followed him, as she chewed her food slowly, licking her fingers clean and taking another sip of the wine. "They have them back at home, though it's not exactly the most relaxing of adventures. People tend to peak... And by people, I mean guys."
no subject
He refilled his glass and took a few more bites of food.
"Care to take a dip after dinner? It tends to aid the digestion and relax people."
no subject
One eyebrow raised, she her blue eyes settled over onto Greed. "Is that so? Well, how can I not accept an offer with those benefits."
no subject
Well, when you're ready we can go to it. It's right over there," he said, pointing to the springs, "And nobody else is around at this time of night. I'd smell Jiraiya is he was around."
no subject
Her gaze shifted back, and she gave a smirk, head tipping to the side. "Well, someone is a man of many talents, though that's actually refreshing to know that..."
