Log;

It was pretty early in the day and Kyoko had spent most part of the last hour getting ready.

She had just arrived a few days ago and was slowly getting settled in and attempting to get used to this place, even if she did miss back home. Despite that though, she was excited about seeing more of the City, especially since Tsuna-kun had agreed to show her around today.

Kyoko checked the time and saw that it was a few minutes from the time she told Tsuna-kun that she would meet up him, so she quickly headed out the apartment door to where they were going to meet.

[ooc; Okay, so I assumed that this was somewhat before noon or something and meet outside the building? You can change it if you meeting location if you want. Whatever works~ ♥ ]

The past few days had been the light he had seen shining at the end of the tunnel. Previously, it had seemed an illusion held just out of his reach, and then it had suddenly taken form and changed the worst of what the City had done. What luck! A turnaround! And though he felt terrible that she, of all people had been dragged into this place, to have a chance to see Kyoko-chan and talk with her -- without Reborn shooting at him or sending the mafia after him -- seemed like the best twist of fate so far.

Not only that, but it had lasted past a day, so it couldn't be some sort of misleading curse designed to lure him in false sense of security before yanking her away!

Tsuna smiled and hummed a little as he walked, a bounce echoing within his step to reflect his cheer. Sure, it was horrible to be stuck in this City with curses that ran hot and cold, and people that lived after dying, and everything that there was, but it really did seem just a little better now.

Getting ready for the reluctant mafia boss had comprised of putting his school uniform on -- the closest he had to nice, familiar clothes here -- and making sure his hair stuck out at only the appropriate angles. Between that and being eager to meet up with Kyoko, it was no wonder that he was on time, and even a few seconds early as he found the building she had taken up residence in.

From there, it was easy to spy her as she stepped outside, and his already obliviously pleased expression brightened as he straightened and waved. "Ah, good afternoon!" he called out as he hurried his pace to a half jog to get there that much sooner.

[ooc; orz I do apologise for his eager-puppy behaviour; time and location are perfect! ♥]

The closer that Tsuna got to Kyoko, the more cheerful the bounce in his step grew -- right up until that moment of dread struck. The one founded of a paranoia learned by experience, saying that this was too good to be true and there had to be mafioso laying in wait -- or lions on the loose! -- to somehow make this into a Vongola tradition or test.

Tsuna looked around warily, frozen in midstep until he determined nothing was likely to jump out and 'Ciaossu' at him. Breathing a sigh of relief, he rubbed the back of his head and laughed nervously at himself. How could Reborn do such a thing when he wasn't even in the City?

...well, with Reborn, he could somehow be possible.

"Ah, how are you, Kyoko-chan?" he asked, quickly stammering out the question when he realised how awkward his paranoia must have looked.

Tsuna had considered that very question earlier in the day, and only one answer seemed to come to mind: Any direction that lead away from the others who knew about Namimori. The more that he showed Kyoko a portion of the City that was away from them, the less likely they were to invade and spread insanity on this nice, quiet chance to see her.

Rubbing the back of his head awkwardly, Tsuna looked around to orientate himself, then pointed towards the centre of the City. "We could start at the fountain and carousel?" he suggested. "They're what the City seems to spend most of its time focused on, or built around. Most people show up there when they first arrive... I think. This place makes no sense in that respect!"

The carousel with Kyoko. That went beyond the goodness of going on a tour around the City with her. Tsuna really had begun to see a silver lining to this curse-filled dimension of chaos, since it gave him this chance to get to hang out with -- and maybe know a bit more about -- Kyoko without the mafia sending it spiralling into a nightmare tradition of insanity.

"Sure!" he agreed readily, ready to agree to just about anything that did not spell an imminent end. Tsuna corrected the pointing of his hand slightly to include the carousel. "It's... ah... um," he paused and tilted his head in the though, realising how very little he knew about the City. "It's a carousel. In the middle of the City?"

...that sounded so very knowledgeable. Tsuna wanted to smack himself on the forehead, but he shook off his moment of stupidity with a sheepish grin and a quick step ahead. He thought about offering her his arm to walk with, but-- Nonono, that was too romantic! N-Not really appropriate for a first tour! ...maybe if she let him take her on a second one?

[ooc; no worries~ we can let it idle if you want as well, either way we know they survived it XD]
