Summary; It's a nice day to go to the beach, no?
Log;
Finally! She was finally going to have fun in this place. It had been stressful the past few days--with the curses, the shop preparations, the argument over Maki's custody, not to mention dealing with that idiot--she knew she deserved this day. She packed her clothes and the food she had prepared as she waited for Risa to finish.

"Well, I'm ready when you are!" she smiled, glad to see her friend was perking up after everything that had gone on recently. "So, where are we meeting A.B.A?

Paracelsus let out a sigh as he watched A.B.A fret in front of their bed, trying to decide whether or not to wear the bathing suit all the way over to Risa's apartment. She was wearing nothing but her bandages, the glove on her left hand, and her shoes.
"I-I'm not sure if I want to wear something so b-bold all the way there, though......."
A.B.A held the swimsuit to her bandaged chest, then sighed in resignation. "I guess so........" She then quite shamelessly removed her bandages in order to pull the swimsuit on, giving her fiancee a grin, even though he was making a point of looking away. Once the suit (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v281/Morzox/4chan%20images/ABA/1205445929322.png) was on, A.B.A took a few moments to figure out how the sarong skirt was to be worn, then inspected the result.
"H-How do I look.......?" She stood in front of her companion, hugging her chest anxiously. He looked down at her and thought for a moment.
"R-Right, right........"
All set, A.B.A grabbed her fiancee's chain and left Megumi's apartment, arriving at Risa's some time later. Once there, she knocked on the door and waited for a response, shuffling uncomfortably at some of the looks she'd received on the way there.

The taller girl's question put her off...did they remember to tell A.B.A where to meet? She wanted to smack her forehead, how stupid could she get?
Relief passed through her when she heard the knock on the door.

On seeing the familiar girl (and weapon) standing outside, she smiled warmly.
"Hey," she greeted, looking to see that A.B.A looked very becoming in her bathing suit. She hoped the other girl had been okay walking all the way over the apartment like that, but considering she wore so little anyway (at least from what Risa could tell on seeing her last time) it didn't seem that big a deal.
"You look set for a good time today A.B.A. Chidori, come see what you think of her swimsuit!" she called, ushering A.B.A inside for a moment.
[Yes, dark blue tones for A.B.A <3]

She hugged Paracelsus while waiting for Chidori to come out.
"I-It's really okay, then........? It's not red anywhere, right.......?"
A little self-conscious, A.B.A looked herself over to check for blood spots, but luckily there weren't any thus far.
no subject
Still, she nodded approvingly, "It looks good on you. Risa did a good job."
"Let's go."
no subject
On hearing the worry in the other girls voice, Risa recalled the conversation they had before, the worry over blood stains. She was still slightly confused on the matter, but another part of her was glad A.B.A liked the outfit enough to worry over it.
"Nope, no red...and don't worry too much about. Just remember what I told about club soda if worst comes to worst." she smiled once she looked over the redhead, winking once she had locked the door and walked out of the building.

She turned to look at Chidori, who was holding a watermelon.
"............................... What do you need that for............?"
no subject
She glanced towards the watermelon she was holding, then back to A.B.A. Oh that's right, she had no idea about these things. At least Chidori wasn't the only one to explain.
She held it up, grinning mischievously, "This is a must-have everytime you go and have fun in the beach!"
no subject
"Don't worry, you'll catch on quick." she smiled, albeit a little weary herself of the expression on Chidori's face.
They continued walking through the streets for some time, until a strong breeze brought the scent of sea air before them.
"Here we are."
no subject
"Ooooooooooh~! It's so big!"
Justs as last time, A.B.A had a good deal of difficulty treading on the sand, especially while dragging Paracelsus along behind her. She absently muttered off its properties as if doing so would make it stop moving around so much.
A.B.A looked up, turning just a little red.
"S-Sorry..........."
She looked at the others.
"So......... Ah....... What do we do now..........?"
no subject
She was placing her things down on the sand when she heard A.B.A's question, "Why don't you go to the water?"
no subject
no subject
"Ah........ alright....... B-But we...... have to be careful........."
She hugged Paracelsus' chain tightly and dragged him behind her on their way to the water. She hesitated a little before going in just far enough to have the water up to her ankles.
"I-It's cold......................"
She smiled a little, moving her feet around in the water carefully so as not to knock herself or her companion off-balance.
no subject
"Yeah it is, but it feels nice on a hot summer day!" she giggled, kicking and splashing with her feet a little, making a game of jumping over the waves that came towards the shore.
Risa was still a little weirded out by how the other girl did not seem to want to leave the large weapon, even for a moment. Surely it would be safe on the towels for a little while?
The poor amazon hadn't quite clued in that the object was indeed Paracelsus, and at that moment was too busy enjoying herself to really question A.B.A's behaviour. After all, she didn't want to cause offence, since the redhead seemed so unsure about a lot of things. She didn't want to cause her to withdraw back into her shell in fright.
Had a blasted headache. Again, my apologies~
She motioned for A.B.A and Paracelsus to further go deeper into the water, "Come on! The water's great!"
Could Paracelsus drown? Could it--he talk underwater? It was a sudden thought, out of nowhere. And she was having the urge to fulfill her curiosity.
no subject
Having a sudden idea, A.B.A lifted the heavy object up suddenly, then jammed him down into the ground, embedding his blade deep enough into the water to keep him stationary, and just far enough that his head was safely above the waves, and turned so that they'd hit him from the side either way. She was actually rather proud of the thought.
"T-There......... Now you'll be safe........"
Of course, she was equally sure of the fact that she herself didn't know how to swim, so she settled for standing by him, dragging his chain through the water and smiling at the feeling of the water lapping up against her.
"It's nice out here............... D-Don't you think so, my love~......?"
She hugged her anchor lovingly, oblivious of the scene she may cause by hugging the weapon's pole so suggestively. His expression showed he was very aware of the fact, however, as he looked away in embarrassment.
A.B.A looked up at the other two, still clinging to the metal object and letting her legs float to the top. She marveled at the odd sensation, unsure whether to be scared or amazed.
"A-Ah, it's c-carrying me away....!"
no subject
"That's the current, and it's pretty normal for people to float up when it pulls you." she smiled, moving over to A.B.A, enjoying the feeling of the water trickling down her back. "Having fun?"
no subject
She rose from the water and walked back to their things, dripping water from her body to the sand as she went. Chidori got out the watermelon and the baseball bat she got when she played the game with some kid in the City.
Memories quickly resurfaces and drove her to sharply look around for some stupidly disguised idiot hiding somewhere. Nothing. Oh well, it doesn't matter.
Turning around, she waved at the two redheads--one of whom was still marveling at the phenomena of buoyancy, "Hey! You guys hungry?"
no subject
Suddenly distracted by Chidori's calling to them, A.B.A lost her grip on Paracelsus and fell into the water. She surfaced a moment later, her red hair hanging limply over her face. She groped around for Paracelsus and caught his chain.
"That was d-dangerous........" She said that, but she was grinning despite herself. Now that she had a firm grip on Paracelsus now, she used her free hand to wipe her hair out of her eyes so she could look over at Chidori calling to them.
She looked at Risa and nodded. It took a great heft from her, but she managed to dislodge Paracelsus in order to drag him back to shore, both he and her still dripping wet when they reached it. A.B.A and Paracelsus both watched the watermelon and bat curiously.
".......... Are we eating the watermelon...........?"
no subject
"Oh I wouldn't worry. The tide would pull you towards the shore, so you wouldn't be in too much danger." Risa chuckled, as they walked back towards the beach.
Once she sat down on the towels and dried herself off a little, she turned to see the watermelon and bat sitting nearby...well, this would be interesting.
"I'm all for anything as long as you don't clock me with that." she laughed, gesturing the large wooden instrument.
no subject
"Yup. We're going to eat it," Chidori continued, and pointed the bat to A.B.A, "And you're going to break it open."
no subject
".............. Huh? M-Me.......?" She pointed at herself, a little surprised.
She looked down at the watermelon and scratched her head. "Uh...... S-So you just..... want me to hit it, then.......?"
no subject
"Go on A.B.A, you can do it!" she cheered, grinning widely.

no subject
"I-I can't see, though..... Ah............"
She shuffled in place, her feet sifting through the sand awkwardly. She tried to remember where the watermelon was, holding the bat out in front of her to make sure she wasn't hitting anyone else. Where was it again.......? Okay, picturing it mentally..... It should have been right....... THERE!
A.B.A reared back, her arms, strong enough to carry Paracelsus around with much less trouble than his weight would warrant, brought the bat down hard on the melon.
Suffice it to say she hadn't expected it to be so fragile. Or that hitting it so hard would make it explode like that.
Hit in the face by melon-shrapnel, A.B.A flailed and fell back on her butt into the sand. She sat there, a little stunned, a glop of melon seated squarely on top of her head.
".............. I-I don't think that was supposed to happen..............."
no subject
"No, that's what was supposed to happen. Don't worry so much A.B.A." she laughed, trailing a finger down her face and eating any pieces of fruit she caught, licking her lips. "Mmm, where did you find ripe watermelon this time of year Chidori, it's really sweet!"
no subject
With watermelon juice on her, she picked up a piece and ate it. Delicious. "A shop somewhere. I'm pretty lucky to find it!"
no subject
Suddenly the whole situation just seemed very silly to her, and she started giggling. Granted, her voice was sort of low enough to make it sound a little bit more like chuckling, but the sentiment was there. She felt very happy, and realizing this fact just made her even happier.
no subject
Smiling, she ate another few pieces of watermelon before looking over at the bags nearby. "So, guess we're having lunch. I just hope I left enough food in the fridge for all of us yesterday."
