log; complete

when; 27 Sept., early morning.
rating; R. Yes, skip this if the sex ed classes never happened.
characters; Watari Yutaka ([livejournal.com profile] scienceinacan), Tatsumi Seiichirou ([livejournal.com profile] kageseii).
summary; This is why one never breaks a deal made with a certain kagetsukai.
log;

In what had seemed a blur of just a few seconds, Tatsumi had slammed the lid to his laptop shut and disappeared within an array of shadows. Of course, Watari-san would back away and break that compromise he had demanded; the scientist's life wasn't complete until he saw Tatsumi either utterly humiliated, completely irritated, or a combination thereof. Unfortunately, Tatsumi had reached that very potent stage of both embarrassment and rage, and even more unfortunately, he had remembered exactly where the lab was. Within moments, those shadows had borne him right outside the door, and he still was shaking with anger.

There was going to be hell to pay. He had attempted at damage control, and yet Watari had obliterated it by doing the very thing he had requested not be done. Out in public, all there for everyone to see, and now- and now-- Yes, there definitely was hell to pay, and Watari was going to soon learn that Tatsumi hadn't been simply threatening.

He almost literally knocked the door down with his fist. At this point, he didn't really care if someone saw what a fool he was making of himself; there was a much, much more important goal in mind. Obliterate Watari-san. Now.

"Watari-san!! Open this door now!!" He had already lost control of his vocal volume, but he didn't care even if he was interrupting very important work for this. There was hell to pay.

He didn't want to say it; it was the last thing he wanted to say. However, the thought had formed, and before Yutaka could even attempt to catch it and push it back in the deepest recesses of his mind, it was rolling out of his mouth.

"Like you can succeed, but if you did, it'd do all of us a lot of good. I'd rather not be in Enma's cage any time soon, thank you. And you'd rather not have him having a lot more powe-"

The scientist bit his lip until it bled and then laughed. The next statement wasn't a thought; instead it was a deliberate attempt to provoke Tatsumi. "I'd still wouldn't have minded knowing how you'd look in brown lingerie."
