log; in progress
When; Monday, December 8th, starting just before midnight.
Rating; PG-13 for incestuous kissing
Characters; Touya Kinomoto (
meanestbrother), Clow Reed (
i_themagician) and, later, Yukito Tsukishiro (
moonshinerabbit)
Summary; Clow visits Touya and Yuki and then the curse starts; hilarity ensues.
Log;
Yukito could eat a lot, a fact of which Clow was of course intensely aware. So, when he had decided to return Touya's favor of bringing him food when he was sick, he brought enough for Yukito as well - in other words, enough to feed a small army. Of course, this wouldn't have been a big deal except that he preferred to walk most places rather than use magic to get around, so by the time he got to the front door of what he now thought of as the Kinomoto residence his cheeks were flushed and he felt as thought there might be a tiny bit of steam coming off of him. He knocked three times, the sound slightly muffled by his gloves, and then leaned against one of the poles holding up the porch roof to catch more of the crisp winter air.

"Clow-san," he said, breaths making puffs in the cold winter air. His pajamas were not suited to be standing in the door like this. "You... brought food."
no subject
He never calls, really, but maybe he should start to get into the habit.

Touya took two of the bags of food easily (yay upper body strength), carrying them inside to the kitchen. "I think Yuki might be asleep already, we had a long day." Really, it was luck that Touya was awake at all. He was about as opposite a rowdy teenager as one could be and kept rather regular hours. He just happened to be up reading when he heard the knock at the door. Maybe he lacked the preternatural instinct, but he was still a bit paranoid about life in the City.
Touya set the bags on the table, beginning to shift through them, sort what needed to be in the fridge. "What brought this on?"
no subject
In fact, he was even then unaware of the time until he glanced at the clock on the stove - one minute to midnight. "My, it is late. I hope I didn't wake you up, Touya-san."
no subject
He leaned against the counter, thinking about how horribly quiet this house had gotten.
"You okay getting home? It's pretty late."
no subject
That question, however, did give him pause. Why was he asking that? It probably wasn't Touya's intention at all, but every time he implied that Clow wasn't more than capable of taking care of himself the magician felt a little more vulnerable. Not in a bad way, but it was a strange feeling and a lot of self-consciousness arose with it. He had looked at Touya with a sort of wide-eyed expression, but then averted his gaze back to the table again.
"I should be; I got here, didn't I?"
no subject
Touya wasn't really in the mood to get dressed and go out into that chilly weather. Not in the least. So he was fine with just escorting Clow to the door, opening it for him.
"You promise you're okay?"
no subject
Well, it was like something, but Clow didn't know what. He grinned in reply, however, so distracted that he didn't even notice the mistletoe over the door, and leaned in to kiss the other man goodnight as though it were the most natural thing in the world. Left to his own devices, of course, it just would have been a quick peck on the lips and then Clow would be gone and a block away before he even realized what he had done. It couldn't be so simple, though, could it?

He hated him - he really did. He hated him for existing, for bringing so much trouble to Sakura, for knowing everything about him before they even met.
But Clow was also the reason Touya met Yuki. There was something in Clow that was also in Yuki, a gentle, oblivious kindness. He couldn't help but feel gravitated toward it. And here, away from Yukito, perhaps it wasn't unexpected he would feel more attachment than he needed to.
His immediate thoughts were that it felt really nice - different, because they're closer together in height - and Clow smells a little like incense instead of Yuki's smell of shampoo and sweets.
He'd actually pulled Clow closer for several long moments, making the kiss a lot more than familiar before his thoughts caught up to his actions and then up to the curse and he let go suddenly. Staggered backwards like he'd been punched, a hand over his mouth.

The lights were on, and after realizing that there wasn't another presence beside him, the boy presumed that Touya was either studying or reading. Maybe he had gone out shopping and just gotten back? It didn't make much sense, but it was the only explanation he could think of at this hour. Besides, he was rather hungry....
After peeling back the soft sheets and rising to his feet, Yukito meandered over to the bedroom door and peered out from the small crevice.
"To-ya....?" The boy was clearly half asleep, slowly rubbing his half-lidded eyes.

Just then, he heard Yukito's voice and he was painfully aware of what this must look like - he was here for no apparent reason very late at night, Touya was barely dressed, and they had just been kissing rather intimately. This wasn't good, and Clow looked back to Touya with a bit of a worried expression.
"I'm sorry about that. I don't know what came over me..."
no subject
"That."
An offensive bunch of berries tied with ridiculous ribbon. A horrifying catalyst.
"Is that like... like in American movies?"
no subject
"That....?"
Quirking his head to the side, Yuki looked back and forth between the greenery and the two figures below it.
"Why would you hang leaves in the middle of the room, To-ya?"
....He had a lot to learn.

There's such thing as laying it on too thick. But Touya's more than a little freaked out at the whole situation. He still had his hand over his mouth like he might be sick or say something he didn't mean to. Underneath his cranky expression, there was something distinctly clammy and worried about him.

He smiled slightly, eyes darting between the two. The boy walked over after a long pause, not quite sure what to say. He gave a quick nod to Clow, smiling instead of speaking. However, he turned to the other boy soon after. Able to read Touya's stifled emotions in mere seconds, the boy gently placed a hand on the other's shoulder.
"....To-ya? What's wrong?"

"I think it would be best if I left," he told Yuki, but seemed to be leaving the option open for the boy to stop him if he had a better idea. He felt bad about leaving Yuki alone to deal with an angry Touya, but Touya clearly didn't want him around and he didn't think there was anything else for it.

"Ah, wait! Clow-san?" He gave a small smile, turning toward the older man. "Please don't take his words the wrong way. To-ya can get like this at times, which I'm sure you know." The boy's expression softened. "Under his harsh words, I'm sure he's just confused and a little worried."

"Hello, Yue."

Without warning, however, he suddenly moved closer to his previous master, awkwardly leaning on him in what Yue would probably think of as almost a hug. Almost.

Touya crept into the doorway, just observing the two of them wordlessly.

To put it simply, nothing else mattered right now. He had missed Clow's touch, his fragrance, his presence, his smile, his.... everything. The boy didn't blush, but a quick shiver ran down his spine. Oh, how he'd missed his master. His creator. When Yue closed his eyes, it almost felt like nothing had changed. Like time hadn't progressed.
And without a sound, the being's eyes were drawn to the floor as he rested his head against Clow.
[ooc: ....N-No, I didn't fall asleep yesterday! orz S-sorry!]

After a few moments he gave a quiet and gentle sigh, lifting his head again. This couldn't last forever, and hence there was a tugging sense of urgency at the back of Clow's mind as though he needed to say or do something - not immediately, but at some point before everyone disappeared. Might as well be now. He tilted Yue's chin up tenderly with one hand and looked into striking cold blue eyes that were so much like his own, and parted his lips as if he was about to say something.
But he couldn't. He couldn't even admit to himself that he loved Yue, so how could he possibly say it?
So, he had to do something instead.
All the curse did this time was lower his inhibitions a little in the kissing department. It's not as if he didn't realize what he was doing or think it through, but his fears about it being outright wrong were erased for once as he melted into his former moon guardian and the taste of sugar was replaced by the taste of Yue's mouth as his number one favorite flavor. It took him a few moments to remember that Touya was still standing right there, and even then he didn't stop.

Let's go drag Touya out~
Despite Yue's tenacious longing, he was unable to act upon it or even muster a decent reaction. Clow had this effect on him. He always had. And yet it was so.... addicting. There was simply no other way to describe it.
And pretend this didn't happen y/y
Yuki says YES. Yue's not so sure. |D
Yue said nothing and simply placed a hand over part of his cheek and mouth, completely averting Clow's gaze and trying to find his usual apathetic expression. This was so out of character for him, and he didn't want Clow of all people to realize his embarrassment.

"We should do something about Touya-san." The magician was staring at the place where the boy had been standing a moment ago, and despite his best efforts to distract himself and brush off the situation, he was unable to raise his voice above a whisper.
no subject
It wasn't that he didn't want to speak, persay. He was simply lost for words.
no subject
The stirring as he rubbed his eyes with his sleeves probably wouldn't be noticed. "You want something?"
no subject
"Yes," Clow uttered, approaching the door. "... Just you."
He usually tried not to say things like that; it was just safer to be more impersonal and just ask if Touya was okay or whatever, but... it seemed like things would go better if Touya could actually tell that he was sincere rather than having to take it on faith.

Yue clearly hadn't put much thought into what he wanted to say. After all, if he had chosen not to speak, Touya wouldn't have known if he had already transformed back. It might've been easier to lure him out that way.
He would never admit it, but the feeling of guilt washed over him for a split second.
[ooc: This post right here? Yeah. S-sorry for the fail. orz]

"Look. I don't have anything to say to either of you. I understand about you both... Yue-san. I understand how you feel."
His voice is gentle and subdued.
"Maybe it'd be better for you two spend some time together. I know it's been awhile."
no subject
"No..." It was really hard to say this, and even harder without letting on that it would hurt even more to try to reach out and accept what's being offered. "No, Touya-san, it's better if nothing changes. Believe me."

"... It's late," he said finally, and quietly, with an almost Yue-like directness. "I'm going home."
With that, he turned to leave. He just wanted to be alone at this point, but it wasn't anyone's fault that he was unhappy. Perhaps his own. So, he smiled a little and waved to the two of them. "Goodnight, both of you."
