When; Christmas Day
Rating; Fun for all, except Priestly curses up a storm, so...

Anna was trying not to miss her family too much. It was her first Christmas with out them and it hurt, but she was covering it well. The season had a certain irony to it, too. The memories of her former life tossing up images that would have no doubt surprised the kind Priest who'd run the midnight mass she'd attended.

She'd been making food all day, Priestly helped and had been awesome. The trees were decorated, Anna's in a traditional style, white lights, colored decorations and a star at the top. Priestly's... was trimmed with a painted mohawk.

Everything was ready. The stockings were hung, the guns were all hidden, and hopefully no visions were dancing in anyone's head - there wasn't that much alcohol in the 'nog.

"I'll have to meet this Priestly then," he said, smiling at her. "And his famous t-shirt collection."

"He's... around here somewhere." She looked around, not seeing Priestly immediately. "He helped with all of this."

"I'll just look for the guy in the funny shirt?" he asked.

"Or the brightly colored mohawk." She laughed. "It's his plumage, like a peacock."

"That might be a bit easier to look for than the t-shirt," he said. "So are you having a good holiday so far?"

"It's wonderful. My friends are here, there's good food..."

She's beaming. "It feels good."

Harry grinned back at her. It was good to see her smile like that.

"I'm glad, you worked hard to make this a good holiday," he said.
