Summary; Their group of four became two hugging couples.
Log;

Things had finally quieted down a little after Lavi had decided to use the hugging curse to get Euphie and Allen together and then promptly got attached to Lelouch in the process. She still wasn't sure why that was necessary in the first place, but she wouldn't mind so much except Allen still seems very uncomfortable. She was glad when he agreed to go outside for a little while. She was aware of how much warmer he was and maybe he'd be less aware of it if it were cool everywhere...

Glancing up, she wonders if Lavi and Lelouch can see them from the apartment's living room. It's not like they'd be spying though. And hopefully they are getting along.

(OOC: *sob* Thought this kind of needed an additional post for their individual threads because of the way we did the threading on the first one.)

Lelouch, on the other hand, would be flailing if not for the idiot attached to his front. As it were, he was instead doing his best to stare out the window as well. His sister was at stake here!

[identity profile] the-lavster.livejournal.com 2010-01-25 02:30 am (UTC)(link)
Allen needed a woman in his life, Lavi thought. But Lelouch was so damn protective of his sister... Frowning, he turned his head just barely to determine what side the other was looking from, and casually leaned his head in that direction to obstruct his vision.

[identity profile] wishsrequiem.livejournal.com 2010-01-25 02:33 am (UTC)(link)
He huffed into that red mop of hair. How irritating. So Lelouch would go to the other side.

[identity profile] the-lavster.livejournal.com 2010-01-25 02:36 am (UTC)(link)
Lavi noticed the movement, momentarily giving in as he returned his attention to the pair outside. "Are you really that curious?"

[identity profile] wishsrequiem.livejournal.com 2010-01-25 02:40 am (UTC)(link)
"What brother wouldn't be? She and Nunnally are the only two sisters of mine that I ever really liked," he replied.

Then he rolled his eyes.

"While Allen seems decent enough, I'm not willing to just give her away to anyone."

[identity profile] the-lavster.livejournal.com 2010-01-25 02:51 am (UTC)(link)
Out of countless others? That was a little surprising, but then again, Lavi didn't know the whole story behind Lelouch and Euphemia's lives and he wasn't sure he wanted to.

"Allen's got a few faults." Like harboring the memories of a Noah who would eventually overtake him, but hey. "But I think they both could use someone like each other while they're here. It's not like they have much to look forward to back home... right?" Why yes, that 'right' did have a cynical tone.

[identity profile] wishsrequiem.livejournal.com 2010-01-25 02:57 am (UTC)(link)
The ironic thing would be that Lelouch didn't even have much to look forward to either. Lavi's comment actually made Lelouch chuckle a bit, a light smile dancing on his lips. It would be over... He just needed to get back.

"Until the deities decide to curse your little attempt at match-making, Lavi."

[identity profile] the-lavster.livejournal.com 2010-01-25 03:12 am (UTC)(link)
Lavi didn't like Lelouch. He really didn't like him. Maybe the dislike stemmed from that nightmare... or just how shady he seemed overall. He wondered if he and Euphemia were both hiding some deep, dark secrets.

"Hell, anything's possible here-- but this is just wrong; stop breathing down my neck, would you?"

[identity profile] wishsrequiem.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 12:53 am (UTC)(link)
Lelouch didn't have an opinion of Lavi other than his skirt-chasing ways... However, he just smirked at Lavi's discomfort.

"You reap what you sow."

[identity profile] the-lavster.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 01:48 am (UTC)(link)
He didn't give a vocal response. It was back to watching the other pair... and breaking into a wide grin when Euphemia so made a move. Never mind the fact that royal people tended to be overly-friendly at times.

"Hehe. Go Allen~"

[identity profile] wishsrequiem.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 01:57 am (UTC)(link)
No response. Instead Lelouch was too busy just staring. She just... Wh-what? Euphemia was just being friendly. Yes, that was it. This would be the story that he would stick with. His sister was far too innocent to really make a pass at a person...

With that comment, there would be a slight thwap upside the back of Lavi's head.

[identity profile] the-lavster.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 02:05 am (UTC)(link)
It wasn't a hard hit by any means, especially compared to what he was used to, but he still muttered a small "ow," rubbing at his head and chuckling. "Hey, I didn't push her. She did that aaaalllll by herself~"

[identity profile] wishsrequiem.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 02:11 am (UTC)(link)
"She's being friendly, you idiot. A kiss to the cheek is innocent in our world..."

Not that Lelouch was pleased with this by any means, but it was true. Something like that was more or less harmless. Nunnally often gave a little peck to the cheek out of affection.

[identity profile] the-lavster.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 03:57 am (UTC)(link)
"Then why'd you hit me? You're obviously bothered by it." He gave a wave of his hand. "You're worried 'cause they're gettin' closer, aren't ya?"

[identity profile] wishsrequiem.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 04:03 am (UTC)(link)
"No, the slap was for being a egotistical male shouting out to his friend like my sister is something to be one over instead of a person," he countered back... Rather scathingly.

[identity profile] the-lavster.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 04:09 am (UTC)(link)
"I didn't shout," he replied back flatly. "And I don't think of her like that." A sigh escaped him. "Classic over-protective brother.."

[identity profile] wishsrequiem.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 04:12 am (UTC)(link)
"I heard that, Lavi."

Though he wouldn't deny how protective he is...

[identity profile] the-lavster.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 04:18 am (UTC)(link)
Lavi might have given a small shudder, remembering not-so-fond memories of the past. "...Well, at least you don't throw killer robots at us."

[identity profile] wishsrequiem.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 04:21 am (UTC)(link)
He felt that too. That was definitely odd. Don't do it again, please.

"I could arrange that, you realize."

Lelouch was joking, really. Really. Or was he?

[identity profile] the-lavster.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 04:40 am (UTC)(link)
He remained silent for a moment, trying to determine if Lelouch was being serious or not. Either way, however-- "I'd just destroy them."

[identity profile] wishsrequiem.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 04:46 am (UTC)(link)
Now he was just going to laugh. Really laugh.

"You... Destroy a Knightmare?"

[identity profile] the-lavster.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 04:57 am (UTC)(link)
Lavi didn't like that laugh, at all.

"Y'know, if someone told me before I came here that I'd be stuck to someone from another world without any way to get out of the situation, I would have laughed at them, too." Case in point? ...Well, he had one, but he was beginning to doubt that it was a good idea to continue this conversation. He didn't want Lelouch knowing too much about him.

[identity profile] wishsrequiem.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 05:06 am (UTC)(link)
Ironically, Lavi knew about Lelouch's greatest regret. There was little else that he felt he needed to keep secret - save for the true goal of the Requiem as well as Geass itself. Those were two that the emperor would take with him to the grave. His penance.

"There are worse things."

Like Milly.

[identity profile] the-lavster.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 05:15 am (UTC)(link)
"Than bein' stuck to you? I don't doubt it."

Like Bookman. Then again, the annoyance of the old man's constant nagging was almost equivalent to Lavi's distrust of Lelouch.

"And hey, at least we're not facing each other."

[identity profile] wishsrequiem.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 05:21 am (UTC)(link)
"I'd almost rather than being stuck to your back and looking quite scandalous at that..."
