Summary; Early morning meeting.
Log;

The spot wasn't that hard to find. Even if it had been a very long while, Emil still remembered the twists and turns that would lead to it. It wasn't easy to forget about it either, not when he'd spent a few months hurrying towards the place every morning, whenever he could, to be able to practice, and be trained, by Leon. It was kind of daunting, especially when faced with the prospect of meeting with Leon there. There was that chance that Leon wasn't there too, but at least he was sure that the dark-haired swordsman was still around. He, probably, didn't really need a reason to actually be taught by the young man anymore but he knew that he'd never actually thanked him for trying to anyway. Besides, he considered Leon a friend... even if the other him probably hated the guy.

He shook his head: he was going to do it today. He was going to thank Leon personally and then... He'll think about what to do next later. What's important was that he was still in control now. With Marta around it was easier to come out, but he wondered if ever that would change? After all, all things considered, even if he was resolved to believe in his existence, the bottomline was that he came after Ratatosk.

Nevermind that, he thought with an apologetic smile that was really for himself only. He was getting close to where he hoped Leon would be anyway...

"Well, I am. What do you want?"

Leon had to be wary around Emil as of late - that other personality of his came out a lot more lately despite how much he'd tried to train Emil so he wouldn't have to rely on his Ratatosk mode, or whatever he called it. Honestly, it irritated Leon a little to know that all he'd worked for was pretty much useless ever since Emil had come back to the City. Beyond that, he was mad in general about a lot of things. About returning dead and still not knowing how, about how much he tried to research the City but couldn't find anything new that might make sense of his situation. He was tired of being stuck here.

"If you can fight better now at all, then it wasn't a total waste. Though the point was still missed since that other personality of yours seems to come out more often these days."

Leon sad down on a nearby rock, arms folded over his chest as he eye Emil warily again.

"Why did you come here? Just to tell me thank you? It's not necessary."

"Maybe you should try harder to keep him at bay, then."

Leon figured that at this point wasn't much of a choice for Emil, but it didn't mean he wasn't going to suggest it anyway. But he had no idea what kind things Emil had to face in his own world, nor did he feel the need to pry into any of it.
