Dean is still covered in dried blood and wild-eyed looking when he pulls up to the deity office in the Impala, wheels squealing as he comes to a stop. Well that ought to let everyone know he was here. He bails out of the car and rushes up the walk to the front door then proceeds to bang on it.
"Come on! I need some help here!"
There's no mistaking the desperate tone of his voice. He couldn't hide it even if he tried.
