Ongoing//open!
When; Saturday afternoon
Rating; PG? PG-13?
Characters;
bladed_siberian and whoever else wants to join in!
Summary; The soccer game that almost wasn't! Feel free to jump in! Players or watchers welcome! Threadjacking is welcome!
Log;
Leave it to Ken to be ready to play early. There was no way to hide his excitement at the idea of playing the game he loved so much, even if it meant he more than likely was an irritant to his very patient room mate. Before he could truly push his luck, he headed out to Xanadu early, eager to get warmed up and kick the ball around.

Soccer. He'd skipped those days of school. There had been other things for him to do.

"Hey there."

"This is where the soccer will be?"

"I sure hope so. I think I gave out the right directions."

He watched the move like he was interested in it and kept his eye on the ball.

Spectator Area!
There's a surprise guest off to one side, leaning against a tree. Aya just showed up to watch for a little while. He planned to leave after awhile but a few minutes here to watch wouldn't hurt. Even though he really found soccer boring, he did feel a desire to support something that his friend had been so excited about recently.
Of course, he wouldn't play. But, the fact that he was even here at all meant something.
Spectator Area!
"I didn't think you'd come!"

"I thought I'd stop by."

"Just staying for a few minutes, I assume?"

He pushed some of his hair from his face as a breeze shifted it. "We'll have to wait and see."

She tipped her head back to look into the sky, letting the sun sink into her skin. She'd worn a bikini top for just that reason, hoping the sun would make her feel something akin to living warmth again. Well, that and she knew the affect it would have on Ken. She wasn't a fool and she genuinely liked the way he looked at her.

She was there early, wearing the same sporty gear (http://i54.tinypic.com/2ziu1w7.jpg) she'd donned for her previous lessons with Ken -- the ones he probably didn't remember, but oh well. Time to show him she hadn't forgotten all the things he'd shown her!

"Nice." She chuckled in mock affront at Ken's way of testing her. "Is THAT your way of saying 'how do you do'??"
no subject
"I could've aimed for your head, you know."
