When; August 7, evening
Rating; PG probably?
Characters; [livejournal.com profile] allthefeelings , [livejournal.com profile] craaaaaaaazy8s
Summary; Eridan decides to skip the middleman and just go straight to Vriska to alchemise stuff!
Log; Eridan doesn't actually know where Vriska lives, but considering that everyone he knows including himself lives in Building 8, it isn't hard to make a guess. So after sneaking as quietly as he can manage through the hallways, he's now standing in front of what is probably Vriska's door, pondering whether or not to knock. He could be wrong, and he might barge into a place he doesn't want to, but conversely, knocking will draw more attention than he wants. Eventually, he just tries the doorknob, opens the door, and barges in, closing it behind him.

Vriska's on her couch, watching one of her ridiculous Nic Cage movies when she hears the door open. She quickly slams the power button on the remote, because if it's a troll she'll never hear the end of it about her obsession with that rugged actor and Earth movies.

Hopping off the couch, she moves through the room to investigate who is in her hallway. Probably someone using the alchemiter. Karkat, maybe? Well, Eridan was definitely the last person she was expecting.

"Well, well, look who finally decided to pay me a visit. What do you want, Ampora?"

"I'm not hearing a pleeeeeeeease. First you barge into my hive and then you demand to use my property. Pretty rude if you ask me!"

But she turns and leads him down the hallway to the room housing the alchemiter anyway. Flipping on the light and leaning against the wall to wait for him to make whatever he had in mind.

"It helps when you don't care about anyone's opinion," she answers, though that's pretty much a lie. She does want her friends to like her, but she doesn't really know how to achieve that.

"Don't tell me you're agonizing over the fact that you're the most despicable thing here. What are you, a wriggler?"

She's rolling her eyes. Eridan's whining is definitely something she hasn't missed.

"Wow, welcome to the club. That's what happens when you kill a couple of their friends. You know, despite the fact it's a thing our species is expected to do anyway."

She's probably going to get hell from the other trolls for giving him the means to make a weapon, but whatever. It's not her problem. She's trying to do that thing where she stays out of conflict for John.

Oh, great. She should have expected this to come up again. It always does with him. She rolls her eyes, sighing dramatically like this is the last thing she possibly wants to talk about.

"We already talked about this, Ampora. It ran its course! That's really all there is to say on the matter."

"And if I did lose interest? That'd be your fault for being too boring. Maybe you should have shaped up to be someone worth my hate."

Vriska shrugs like the whole thing is no big deal, and for her? It is.

Vriska's feeling pretty smug right about now. Yeah, she can still get under his skin and that's awesome. She pokes her head out into the hallway, sneering.

"You're welcome for the gun, by the way!"
