EXPEDITION PLOT | get ready to rock

When; September 8th.
Rating; R for swearing and violence. :)
Characters; Luke, Asch, Guy, Jade, Tear, Dean, Sasuke, Yuri, Dave, Rose, and Klarth.
Summary; The expedition finds themselves between a rock and a hard place.

| DAY 5 | Scylla and Charybdis

[The weather has been steadily worsening since Tuesday night. Visibility has also gone down considerably. The black shapes in the distance were reported to be land, and thus the crew had set sail for them. Now, however, the weather is less agreeable. A heavy rain has set in, and the seas are choppy. Thunder rolls and crackles in the distance, threatening to toss the ship as well.

The wind is thick with salt and anger. It might be wise to hide below deck until it gets better.]

[ooc: Please wait until all the sections are up before commenting! Done!

Okay, this one is going up a little early since I'll be downtown most of the day. Feel free to threadhop/whatever, since there isn't an actual fight going on, you don't need to worry about order.]

I think that's really all we can do.

But you're right. The consequences should the party have been less experienced in combat don't bear thinking about.

Thankfully? We're pretty damn awesome.

[Grins at her. Does she do high fives?]

[She doesn't, but her smile is about as wide and relaxed as she's likely to get]

So it would appear.

[He should have known. Well, he'll accept the smile.]

Hope this is all just one big lead-up to something equally awesome.

Yes. Anything less would be rather anti-climactic.
