was my dance pattern right, was my dance pattern wrong?
When; Thursday night
Rating; pg-13, edging on the more adulty stuff depending how drunk everyone gets :-D
Characters; Stephen, Eames, Summer, Lucy, Campbell, AND ANYONE ELSE EVER. GATE CRASHERS SO WELCOME
Summary; A number of people try to teach Stephen Stills the subtleties of picking up guys and having fun.
[So... this was a spectacularly bad idea. Stephen hates all his friend and will kill them all come morning. In the mean time, at least this places has a regular and steady supply of booze. He tries to get the bartender's attentions over the various throngs of people order ridiculously complex cocktails.]
Hey! Could I get a pitcher of something? I'm really not picky.

You're really drunk.
no subject
You're really...scruffy. And I'm not that drunk, I know because I have pants on. I think.

[He realises that he's still holding onto Curt's shoulders, but he doesn't want to move them yet because that might be too obvious. He keeps them very still and swallows nervously, trying not to pay attention to just how warm Curt feels right now.]

I'm drunk I'm just not reallyyyyyyyy drunk. And anyway there was a really good reason I wasn't supposed to kiss you I just forgot what that was.
no subject
So does that mean you've wanted to kiss me before?
no subject
no subject
It was kinda nice, though.
no subject
[There was a totally rational thought process involving how tempting it is to kiss someone again if they think it's nice and the importance of their friendship and the band and not completely fucking everything up but it stumbles drunkenly on it's way to his vocal chords.]
no subject
[Stephen got a little lost there, too. He blames alcohol. And being kissed recently.]
no subject
[Curt disentangles himself and pats Stephen on the shoulder a couple times.]
no subject
Do you need another drink before table dancing?
no subject
[Yes, Stephen, getting him more alcohol is totally a good idea.]
no subject
no subject
Actually, maybe I'll stay in contact with the floor.

You tell me.
no subject
Sure.
no subject
Well, it may not have been dancing, but it was pretty rhythmic. Also we didn't so much fall off the table as much as we broke it, causing everyone including the table to fall over.
no subject
[He laughs anyway. Encouraging Curt to be ridiculous still = the best of plans.]

[Seriously, why is there a bar where they don't let you smoke? Curt cannot fathom this strange futuristic idea.]
no subject
Oh hey, over there!
[He strains to point it out, only losing his balance slightly and catching himself on the bar. Which he ends up finding kind of funny, actually.]
Sorry. Uh, come on. I'll come with you.
