Ongoing log

When; Tuesday afternoon
Rating; G, ongoing.
Characters; Sanzo and Gojyo
Summary; Sanzo and Gojyo meet up at Misery Square.
Log;
Gojyo wandered around the city from where he was as he looked to meet up with Sanzo. Ironically, other than himself, it seemed that only Sanzo was here, of all people.

It was so typical of Sanzo to have him go to him, instead of the other way around. Luckily, the good thing was that the monk wasn't too difficult to find.

"Oy. Sanzo~" he called out as he neared the blonde,"I'm here now..."

It was a well-known fact that Sanzo and rain had a long history of love and hate, which consisted mostly of the latter; so the fact that it wasn't raining water, but, rather, eggs - and confetti? - only seemed to dampen his mood (which, admittedly, wasn't all that great to begin with). "Good days" were a rarity in Sanzo's opinion to begin with. Typically, it was considered a miracle whenever he found reprieve from gunning down youkai monsters and fan-slapping his own companions on a day-to-day basis.

Had the monk known that he would face a hailstorm of fluorescent eggs on his head in exchange for that peace, he likely would not have wished for it to begin with. Futilely, Sanzo made the slight effort of shielding himself from the rain of color. When Goyjo finally appeared a scant few minutes later, the blonde casually shook off the confetti from his hair.

"Finally," Sanzo groused, arms folding across his chest in an impatient motion (though, in actuality, it could have been because he felt the very slightest bit of relief).
