When; Backdated to the 13th, night time
Rating; Pg will change if necessary
Characters; Evil Ed and Charlie
Summary; Charlie needs things from her apartment and is cursed to compliment/insult people. She runs into Evil Ed. Awkwardness ensues
Log;
The front door of her apartment was gone, a pile of sand in it's place. Half of the doorknob sat on the pile, parts of it also turning into sand. Charlie stepped over that with ease, treading across her floor carefully. Most of her belongings were sand and this didn't sit well with her at all. Her cat, Hypnos, followed behind, sniffing at everything and pawing at the sand in irritation.
"I know, pal. I know," Charlie said as she picked her way across the floor of the living room, heading towards her own room to grab a few things. Glancing upwards towards Ed's apartment, she was annoyed to discover that the ceiling was also falling in there. Whatever. This curse had better end soon because this was getting ridiculous.
Charlie'll just be rummaging through her closet, stuffing what she can salvage into a duffel bag as Hypnos plays with one of the catnip mice that still remained in one piece.

Of course, now the sun was down, so he could actually leave his makeshift cave.
He hadn't heard her come in, mostly because there wasn't a door to disturb any longer, but her scent filling the apartment did enough to let him know. He pokes his head into the fridge to try to salvage what's left of the blood (he'd had one disintegrate in his hand yesterday, he wasn't looking forward to the prospect of more of the same), and gulps down half the bottle before going to investigate. Habit from the few days she'd been here, he reasons, even if it's at least half bullshit.
The ball of grey fur follows him, keeping right on his heels; he's determined not to draw any conclusions from that.
"Looking for something?"

A t-shirt. Shorts. Something from that curse the other day. Charlie stuffs it in her bag, regardless of what it is. She turns, facing Ed for a moment.
"Looking for what's left of my stuff. What's it to you?"
She moves past him to the closet, pulling on the door only to have it almost fall on her. It turned to sand when it hit the floor and Charlie just groaned. "Wonderful."
