I live for the nights I can't remember with the people I'll never forget.
When; Starting Friday night around 10, ending sometime Saturday
Rating; on the safe side R
Characters; Open to all!
Summary; To shake things up and have some fun, or cause trouble as the case may be, someone is throwing a party...
Log;
Sometime Thursday everyone no matter their age (barring the residences of Setsuna Muduo, the angel Michael, and anyone Hatter has been able to determine as friends of the one called Ikki) in the City will have received a notice inviting them to a party on the outer edge of the City.
The address leads to a modest little place with garden and labyrinth that has been decorated in smoke, fog and glow sticks. There is live music thanks to Curt Wild & Time Bomb, food, drinks of the alcoholic and non varieties, along with some more atypical treats (do be careful which pills you mix with which).
The host of the evening, the Master of Ceremonies so to speak, is a quaint thing harlequin painted for those who've yet to meet nem. Do feel free to mix and mingle, the night is quite young and it is a party after all. Just don't forget the overall theme: it's not a real party until everyone's clothes come off.
Just be care of the maze...there's at least one psychotic vampire on the prowl.
((Pretty much this is a giant open log, feel free to comment either openly or in private closed threads. Also Hatter will be wandering about, if you want nem to tag you please let me know via subject line. Thanks and enjoy!))

The heat of the bodies and energy is good for sweating out alcohol, too.]
'Cause I know the pretty girl is really Karl. It's a little strange, okay?
no subject
I didn't find it strange when you were turned into a girl. And apparently that's happened to you more than once.
[He says it teasingly, lips by Setsuna's ear. With the thundering bass, it's the best way to be heard.]
no subject
Yeah, well, according to some people, my face is that of a girl's. And yeah, s'happened before I came here.
[He stops suddenly, reaching out to touch Karl's face.] But your face didn't really change much, either. Your eyes just got bigger. That's biggest difference, at least.
no subject
...You said you were in someone else's body. Alexiel, if I remember...
[Grinning, Karl leans in so he and Setsuna are almost nose-to-nose. It looks like an intimate clasp. Two lovers about to kiss. But Karl only gets this close when ready to bite.]
...You're saying I look like a girl again. How rude.
no subject
....Kira. Wasn't there something he wanted to do? It had to do with Kira. He doesn't answer, needless to say. It's when Karl replies to the bit about looking like a girl Setsuna opens his mouth again.]
I know I'm rude, but I just call it as I see it. I look like one, too, apparently.
no subject
...Hm. For the moment I do look like one. So I'll take it as a compliment.
[Drawing back to rock on tiptoes.]
Thirsty? I think we both could use another drink.
no subject
[He's stopped moving now, but leans a little closer when Karl's on his tiptoes.]
Mmmm. Yeah. Definitely another drink.
no subject
Think of it this way. If you were a guard-dog. Say: a doberman. Would you like being compared to a fluffy poodle?
[That's Solomon's department.]
Good. I just know just the thing.
[One Dead Bastard. Or ten.]
no subject
Good. I think I need a few. [Not really. He stumbles as he tries to head back to the drinks, but he's not far enough away from.... Wait. Maybe he is if he can't remember? But dammit! Why can't he remember that one important thing about Kira. It was really important to him.]
no subject
[Noting of the stumbling, he tucks Setsuna's arm in his own. The boy already seems delightfully tipsy. But Karl wants him three sheets to the wind. That'll pry open that ever-running mouth of his. And perhaps even loosen him up for other sorts of fun.]
[That in mind, he guides Setsuna toward the bar.]
no subject
He looks at Karl's arm, his own locked with it, and seems baffled. When did that happen? Whatever. Other fun, maybe, but Setsuna's pretty stubborn about some things.]
What're we getting now?
no subject
[Unless you have your prey strapped down before you. Skin and mind a canvas at your mercy. To tear, slice, taint. Then there are benefits of taking your time.]
Another drink from the family of Bastards. [In the time it takes to reach the bar, Karl has slipped easily into his usual form.] A dead one.
no subject
[There's a sigh of relief when Karl is himself again, though. That Setsuna can handle.] Heh. I don't stay dead, so this bastard must be you.
no subject
I didn't stay dead, either. [Much as he'd wanted to.] Of course, if I were going for irony, I'd order us both a Mai Tai.
no subject
Mmmm...why a Mai Tai?
no subject
It means 'out of this world'. Or, more poetically, 'In Heaven.'
no subject
Oh, I see. You're right. ...you should order those next.
no subject
[And, in Karl's case, likely never will.]
no subject
We can toast to that, too.
[Oh, Karl. Don't make the Cherub cry with that. He's drunk.]
no subject
Starting a revolution up there, are we?
[He's called the 'Messiah'. The title must mean something. All this heaven-hell-angels business isn't something Karl enjoys overmuch. He'd much rather it wasn't true. Can only hope - in his own realm - it isn't.]
no subject
It was kind of started by other people, in a way. I'm just finishing it off for them. [Ah, yeah. Messiah, and he tires of hearing it, and feels he can never live up to that. He prefers being in Karl's company at times, not having to hear it, not having the memory thrown at him. He feels like he can just BE, for now. But he really needs to go back, doesn't he?]
no subject
Here's to starting - and finishing - important battles.
[Like the one with Saya. Unfinished back home, and in the City. The first time, it was Solomon who allowed her to escape. And here, the Deities snatched her away.]
no subject
[Setsuna's is actually sincere. And once his toast is done, he drains the glass, washing it all away, at least just for one more night.]
no subject
[Sweet permanent death. And end to a life revolving around pain and its postponements. Oblivion.]
