Summary: After talking to Bruce about the fact that the devices really don't want to get lost, Isaac's going to bury his and see how it manages to get out of a six foot hole.

Isaac's wandering through the forest a little way from the cabin he's living in with Derek carrying a shovel and his communication device. In his pocket he's got a thick marker pen so he can mark a tree to remember where he's buried it in case it proves an effective way of losing the stupid thing and he actually has to fetch it back.

Reaching a smallish clearing he kicks the leaves on the ground aside and starts digging. Just a teenager, digging in the middle of the forest, nothing odd here at all.

[ Isaac can probably smell him coming a mile off, but he hopes he totally stays in the one place. He told Derek he'd hang out with his puppy, and that's what he's doing. ]

If you're trying to bury a body I'm gonna be so fucking pissed. We said no murder.

[He can, although at first he thought a male orgy was headed towards him.... Fortunately he twigged it was Stiles before he took off.]

If anyone's dead I didn't do it. [Have a helpful smile]

[ No, fuck you, Isaac, fuck you. ]

Did Derek do it? Are you cleaning up for him? Say no, man. Just say no.

No, when Derek tells you to hide the bodies, just stand up for yourself and say screw you mister, keep your teeth in check.

[ Oh wait, he's near Derek's house. In a whisper. ] Aiding and abetting is totally not cool, bro.

...Yeah neither of us have killed anyone, funnily enough. No aiding or abetting here. Although if I said that to Derek I think he probably would kill me, so then you might have to help him hide my body.

I told my dad I wouldn't get involved with major criminality.

[ Okay fine, see that tree stump? Stiles is going to sit on it with a huff. ] So what are you doing then? Got a bone you need to bury?

[Scowl, seriously? More dog jokes] I was talking to this guy, Bruce, uh, Dr Banner, and he said you can't lose these. [Chucking his device at Stiles' head now kay] So I'm going to bury it and see what happens.

You mean the Hulk, right? [ Please tell him you know who that is, Isaac. Please. ]

Yeah, I told him I dropped mine off a bridge and he was going to try and lose it. So you're what, burying it? [ Oh god, Isaac. You crack him up. ]

[He grins] Yep, the Hulk's here. The freaking Hulk!

What? Under water didn't work, why not underground?

I kind of want to follow him about for the rest of my life. Do you think that could be arranged? I mean, this place, full of freaking awesome superheroes, how is that fair?

[ P a u s e. ] Huh. You have a point.

I'm going to. He said I could run odd jobs for him so that's totally permission to bug him. Who else is here?

Hawkeye, Agent Coulson, the Black Widow, Captain America. I think I saw Bucky the other day.

[There's a pause before Isaac bursts out laughing, hanging onto the spade in order to stay up right. ]

You-HA. You made out HA this is too good! With Captain America!

[ IT WAS THE BEST MOMENT OF HIS LIFE. ] There was a kissing curse. He was explaining stuff. And then bam. Making out with an American hero.

These curses really don't seem like anything scary.

Ha.

I haven't been hit with anything crappy yet.

[He can continue digging now he's gotten over his laughter]

Maybe we'll be lucky and it'll stay like that.

Shhhh I'm being positive, maybe it's Beacon Hills that's cursed not us.

I think I'm right. This can be a pack vacation before we go back to chaos at home.

Pack vacation. [ Fuck, but he misses Scott, can't help it. It's probably all over him, dark and unhappy for a second. ]

Yup, well, except Peter. [He pulls a face because he's determined not to think about how Erica and Boyd left. Isaac's head shoots up when the wash of unhappiness washes off Stiles and he very nearly let's out a whine because of it]

He might like the beach, I used to like going to the beach.

Nothing's wrong. [ He just misses his best friend, but he doubts Isaac would know how that feels. ]

There's a beach here.

[He kind of wished he did though, still he shrugs and doesn't press]

Can we go? I haven't been in years.

Yeah, I guess?

Unless you as to ask permission? Because dude, gross.

[He's confused now] What? What are you talking about?

Derek. Big bad Alpha. Holder of the leashes?

Well obviously I'm going to ask him, how else will he know to come? Sides, we can't just take off somewhere cool without him, that would be a total dick move.

We're taking Derek to the beach?

Sure, why not? I mean I get why not, but that's why we should.

I can think of a ton of different reasons how this could be the worst idea.

What? No, it'll be great! Come on, name one good reason why not?

It isn't, he's not a bad guy and I bet he hasn't been to the beach in years either.
