Summary; Bruce has worked out who Luke is and after a couple of days of thinking about it, he has requested a face-to-face in Xanadu.
Log; Bruce is a smart guy. Arguably, he's one of the smartest guys in his generation, but he's had a blind spot when it came to thinking about alternate universes and alternate versions of the same... archetype.

In this case, it took Luke's t-shirt to push the fact home. He's spent too much time considering the implications of every word they have exchanged since he arrived, and all he's really decided is that he and Luke have to get this out in the open.

Thus, he's out in the open. Xanadu is just as nice as the City guide said it was. He hopes it stays that way.

[Bruce doesn't bother hiding his smile. He wishes he could remember that confrontation, but he feels almost as much satisfaction watching the Hulk whipping Loki like a wet towel as he would if he did remember it.]

That's probably not the kind of thoughts you want in my head if you're really planning to try to deal with the Hulk.

Oh? Should I tell you it's all slander instead?

Ten years ago a book written about me wouldn't have included this. [He displays his phone for a moment before slipping it back in his pocket.] I'm not that guy anymore.

How about, we try to just get on the way we have until there's a reason to reevaluate.

[Luke is.....pretty much exactly still that guy. But he'll go along with it.]

[Bruce does not want to think of him as exactly that guy.]

Then you can tell Serrure he was wrong. He's still obnoxious though.

I'm angling for something to do. [Luke sighs deeply. There should be curses EVERY DAY. And also people should not have jobs and they should be available to pander to him always.] I'm off, then. [He sticks his hands in the pockets of his jeans and wanders off in a different direction than the one he came in.]

Huh. [Well, that went fairly well, all things considered. He's just going to go put this sensor in the winter garden.]
