I mean, I know the interest is mutual - he made that pretty clear, but - I think he's worried that if we pursue something, it could blow up in our faces at some point." She knows Scott would gladly step aside if he thought he was in the way of something happening between her and Isaac.

The only thing is, she doesn't want him out of the way because he's not in the way. Not if it means - she could keep them both close.
