Summary; Rose returns to her flat to find her new flat mate getting into trouble.

The shop had been busy but Rose Tyler isn't about to give into her exhaustion, not when she's entering the lift to head to her flat. The day's events flash through her mind, the loud customers, the piles of clothes that needed to be folded and hung and the countless of other things that came along with running a shop. Which reminds her that she really needs to get to the pile of clothes back at her flat. Just as the lift dings signaling her floor, she steps out and walks down the hallway reaching her door. She fishes her key out and enters closing the door behind her.

It all just seems too quiet. No sounds of trains that she has gotten used to.

"Doctor? Are you in?"

Her eyes glance at the screen and she sees the familiar text. "Um. Something like that." She dims the mobile and pockets it again. "Next time maybe I can make you dinner?" She offers.

"You cook?"

This is a surprise for him as he's never really seen her cook. Then again, he hasn't been around that much to see it for himself. He wonders though what the message was.

"When I've got to, yeah," she admits. Maybe not at his level but still better than when she was a teenager. "You'll have to try it sometime." She insists.

"I look forward to it.

And maybe getting more information out of you, he thinks to himself.

"Are you leaving now?"

"Glad to hear it," she smiles. She decides perhaps it is better to leave now before she let's something slip that she will regret. She shoots him an apologetic look. "Yeah. Sorry. They're having some issues at the shop."

"I quite understand. Feel free to take a brownie or cookie with you."

He looks away and settles down. It'll be nice to have the place to himself for a while. It'll give him time to think.

"Really sorry, Doctor," she says before reaching for two brownies. A glance his way. "Stay out of trouble," she says with a grin before she's out the door and gone.

"Tell that to him," he mutters before pouring himself another mug and sitting back with his thoughts.
