Summary; Rose thinks she's waking up to a normal day.

The blonde was sleeping blissfully in her bed. No tossing and turning this time. There was a grin to her face as she was caught up her in dream laughing and running through green grass before stopping at the edge of the cliff. She looked behind her and smiled.

"Come on slow poke!" she said and could only hear his laughter.

Now she thinks that maybe they should have packed or at least stopped at her flat for some clothes. She turns back to him and thinks for a moment. "Maybe a ginger. A woman." Because guys could be so rough sometimes. She's still unaware of Donna and the situation.

"Ginger. Riiiiiiight."

He tries not to look sad at the mention of a ginger. Ohhhh Donna would have his hide if she saw what he was doing.

"What about you, Doctor? Man or woman?" Because Rose is really curious.

He blinks a few times. Back to reality.

"Dunno, really. Is it luck of the draw?"

"Not really. You've got choices," she explains although it is a little vague.

He finishes dressing, thinking about choices. He wonders if she'll try to make him jealous again.

"And what would you pick if you did have a choice?"

She's definitely learned her lesson with that.

"A woman of course." Which is the honest truth. The first and last time she had gotten a bloke she had been sore for days.

"Really?"

Honestly, he thought she'd pick a bloke. Why would she pick a woman, he wonders.

"Yeah," she says firmly before eyeing the door and debating whether to share with him that little story or not.

"Guys can be a bit rough sometimes."

He nods in understanding.

"Yeaaaaah. You are a bit...sensitive in some parts."

"So are you, you know." she says looking straight at him.

He smirks a bit. Maybe he is. He finishes by putting on his trainers.

"Wellllll, I still don't know what I'd pick. Maybe luck of the draw works better for me."

She just laughs at that and starts to walk towards the door.

"What if you got a really ugly bloke? All sweaty and could be in need of several baths."

"I'd lodge a complaint to the manager insisting all employees need to be sanitary."

He makes a face as he pictures the image she described. It's not a pretty image.

More laughter comes from Rose as she reaches for the door knob.

"Oh I'd love to see that," she teases although not really.

"Then again you could get a super model looking woman." Which would instantly make her jealous.

"Wellllll, maybe you'll luck out and get Cary Grant. He was a lovely fellow."

He smiles as he thinks back to the days of old Hollywood. He'd always been meaning to meet Marilyn Monroe.

"Cary Grant?" she repeats and opens the door to step out into the hall way. What she knows of Cary Grant is very little so she just makes a face. "He's really old."

"Not in his youth. Ohhhh, let me guess--you're more for Brad Pitt."

He rolls his eyes. Of course she wouldn't know anything about the old Hollywood greats.

"Possibly," Although she's not about to give it away. She'd rather keep him guessing a little bit longer. "He does look a bit dreamy."

"Yeaaaaah. You go for the modern ones. Imagine if you got a Rock Hudson type."

That would be her luck probably. If Rose knows anything, she'd know Rock wouldn't go for her.

At the mention of Rock Hudson, Rose shoots the Doctor a look. Even older.

"Then I'd ask for a younger bloke."

"You really need to sit down and see some of these actors in their prime."

He shakes his head a bit sadly. Oh well, she is a modern girl, so he can't really fault her.

"Well then maybe you should show me, yeah?" She's not about to knock it even if it's more her mum's thing but she might like old movies.

"Maybe."

He follows her out of the room, making sure he has the key with him.

"Got everything?" She asks looking back at him. Does she really believe that he'll show her those films? Only time will tell but for now she will settle on exploring with him.
