Log: Complete
When; Today!
Rating; PG-13?
Characters; Auel [
acid_trippin] and Simca [
simca_swallows]
Summary; Simca’s on a mission to give Auel his first kiss. ♥
Log;
Auel happened to live in the same building, so unfortunately, Simca had no need to use her ATs to get there. Instead, she slipped on a pair of simple boots and walked, for once. This was sure to be amusing. Auel really was quite the little brat, but as she had informed him, Simca seemed to have a soft spot for unfriendly people. Perhaps it went back to the old “opposites attract” idea. Maybe she, being one of the friendliest people she knew, liked to balance things out with by spending time with grumpy people. Or maybe she was just a bit of a masochist.
For whatever reason, Auel and his insulting, sarcastic personality amused her. She was confident that this first kiss wouldn’t end with her being mocked about how terrible it was. She had had plenty of practice, after all.
Stopping in front of the door of apartment #8, Simca knocked gently and then crossed her arms over her chest, waiting patiently for her “Smurf” to answer the door.

Stopping in front of the door of apartment #8, Simca knocked gently and then crossed her arms over her chest, waiting patiently for her “Smurf” to answer the door.

"Or are you scared?" she teased, looking at him expectedly, amused by his sulky expression. Heaven forbid she be right and he be wrong, for once.

Pride called forth in that very instant, Auel turned to face her, determination burning in his emerald depths. He'd just have to wipe that grin off by winning this round. "Auel Neider's not afraid of anything," he stated, practically shoving himself into Simca's personal space, his nose inches away from hers. "You're on!"
Without a moment's hesitation, he closed the gap between them, pressing his lips against Simca's in a clumsy fashion that only served to reveal his inexperience.

Smiling against his lips, she tilted her head to straighten things out, lest Auel end up kissing her chin or something. Being the shameless young woman that she was, Simca brought one hand up and traced his jawline with one finger before finishing the kiss and grinning at him. "Not bad, for a beginner," she giggled. "You have potential!"

Mood having lifted from overcoming this tiny obstacle, Auel dropped back onto the couch, arms crossed behind his head. "So we've done the kissing stuff," he said, eyes flitting over to Simca, "You want that soda now?"
no subject
"You look all smug," she added with a knowing grin. "Feel proud of yourself? All manly and stuff?" she giggled, obviously amused. Auel was funny, his mannerisms and quirks, and Simca wasn't joking when she said she liked him. Even when he was being an ass, he still had a passion that she was impressed by.
[ooc: No worries! ♥]

"Hell yeah, 'cause it's manly to win!" he exclaimed, feeling the rush from that brief acrobatic maneuver. Without waiting for a response, the pilot spun and made his way into the kitchen. "What kind of soda do you want?" he called out as he pulled the fridge door to peer at the contents inside.
no subject
"Bit of a competitive little Smurf, aren't ya?" she snurked back at him playfully, and then waved her hand casually through the air. "I don't mind. Whatever you've got. Surprise me," she replied to his question about the soda.
no subject
"Always the best, remember that," Auel confirmed with a grin as he flopped down bonelessly next to Simca, his hands preoccupied with flipping the tab of his can open.
no subject
"Not the best at kiss~~ing!" she laughed teasingly, winking at him as she sipped her soda. "Still. You fly one of those Gundams too, don't you?" she asked, drumming her glossy pink nails on the can while resting it on her thigh. "I'll bet you're good at that," she threw in a compliment. Boys liked it when you pumped up their egos, after all.
no subject
"Heh, wouldn't be in that if I wasn't," the pilot replied with a confident smirk, predictably pleased that Simca recognised his talents. "Those Red Coats aren't the only bastards who can fly a Gundam."
no subject
Simca rolled her eyes at his remark. She highly doubted she would ever understand the bigoted attitude shared between the two groups, but she didn't care. She was friends with both. Background didn't matter much to her in the first place, and the city only helped that further. "Will you take me for a ride sometime?" she asked with another grin.
no subject
Auel's head snapped up suddenly. "A ride? In Abyss?" he asked incredulously.
no subject
"Yes, a ride. Is something wrong with that?" she asked curiously, surprised by his reaction. "Is there not enough room?" she shrugged, raising her eyebrows.
no subject
Ah hell, no harm asking. Besides, it was the only way to kiss Simca and have her admit that he's the best!
Having made a decision, Auel returned his attention to Simca. "There isn't exactly a passenger seat you know," he told her, with a shrug of his shoulders, "'less you don't mind standing."
no subject
"Or, if you won't give me a ride, you should at least take it for a spin and show me what you can do," she shrugged lightly, gazing back at him pleasantly.
no subject
"You look pretty tall, no way I could see the controls if you were in my lap," Auel concluded with a snort. He cocked his head to one side with a ponderous expression. "Though if you sat down and shifted your legs to the side..."
Stopping, he shook his head. "Never mind." The pilot then flashed a smirk before he finished the last of his Fanta. "I can totally give you a demonstration, yeah!"
no subject
"Good!" she replied when he said he would give her a demonstration. "And thank you," Simca added with a little more graciousness, nodding her head once. "Looks like you're not a bratty little Smurf all the time," she teased, reaching over to playfully tweak a lock of blue hair.
no subject
He paused, frowning. "Wait, so did you want to watch it from inside or outside?" Emeralds flickered to Simca's tall boots. "And how the hell do you walk on those?"
no subject
"These?" she shrugged, glancing back down at her boots again. "Practice, darling," she smiled. "If you can walk in ATs, you can walk in tall boots."
no subject
He started tossing the flattened piece of metal up and down, watching it arc in midair as he did so. "Really? I always thought the killer heels were an in-built woman thing."
no subject
"Definitely not!" she protested, shaking her head. "Heels hurt like a bitch, at first!" she grinned. "But you get used to them, after awhile."
no subject
"So why wear them in the first place?" he asked with a roll of his eyes, leaning back against the couch once more.
no subject
"Unless of course, you're a gay boy," she added.
no subject
"I'm not gay!" he protested, before slamming a palm on his chest. "And I don't dress bad either! Look at this ensemble, fit for a Jedi."
