Log ; Ongoing
When; Early Evening, 19th June.
Rating; PG.
Characters; Riza Hawkeye,
hawkeyedsoldier and Roy Mustang,
flameroy
Summary; Riza has arrived (Finally!) and Roy is not taking any chances. He's been waiting for this moment for a while now, but in true Roy-style, it will probably not work out as he has planned in his head.
Log;
The words replayed in his head as he closed the lid of his laptop. He couldn't say that to her, he had to go and collect her. At least with everyone talking of dead bodies he had a good enough excuse to be a little on edge. Even though it was a cover for how he was really feeling. It wasn't long before he was out of the door, and literally taking the steps through the building three at a time to reach the bottom as quickly as was humanly possible. Though he had to hold onto the railings thanks to his lessened co-ordination.
The door flung open before him, almost as if he hadn't even touched it, and he ran towards the centre of the city, coat floating out behind him. It was quite a distance from his building to the fountain, when he thought about it. Roy wasn't really thinking straight though. His only thoughts were of the fact that he was running to Riza. Realisation hit him squarely in the head about three quarters into his journey, and he slowed to a speed that might have passed for a jog.
Where had this need come from? This ache? He had to remain chilled and calm. If Hawkeye noticed anything different about his actions she would soon pick up on it, and that would be when the questions would start to be asked. He sighed a steadying breath, but before he knew it he had rounded the corner that led into the open space before the fountain. The frown fell from his face the moment he set eye on his First Lieutenant, and he began to walk smoothly to where she stood.

"Would you behave?" she asked. "We've only been on one date."

"When do I ever behave, Riza?" He asked, leanign in closer. "Is that a no, then?"
no subject
...Whatever.
She closed her eyes and pressed her lips against Mustang's.

It was when that gap closed that he felt like his heart had leapt out of his throat. He didn't know why he was so shocked, this was what he had been after, anyway.
He made no move to pull her in any closer to him, just returning the gesture as his eyes slid closed.

"I'm going to bed," she murmured. "Where should I sleep?"

"Since Cielo took the room next to mine... you'll have to be downstairs." He noted, looking down at her from his increased height. He couldn't help but smile. There were so many things he wanted to say to her.

She turned and headed down the stairs, unable to keep from smirking a little. It was nice to know she still had at least some form of control over anything in this "City".
Now she just had to get accustomed to her unicorn flatmates.

"Good Night." He called back to her, looking around his living room slowly. He had Hughes, and Riza all under one roof. He wasn't sure things could have been much better for him.
Riza did have a good point though. Sleep was definately inviting.
