The City square is decorated like the beach. Of course there's so much sand at this point that Dawn only has to accessorize to prepare for the party. There are beach chairs and umbrellas, over-sized towels. Two slip-n-slides have been set up. There are several different sizes of water guns along with several kiddie pools scattered about. Beach balls are rolling around in the fountain area. There are a few kegs scattered about along with some coolers full of the 'special' kind of fruit punch.

One area is sectioned off for the band performance. Time Bomb will be performing a few sets during the evening in between the partying. The scene is set for a good time, so show up, mingle and have one!

[Dulcie is good at feeding Dawn's ego. One of these days Dawn is going to record her saying she looks good and play it on repeat so she can sear the compliment into her brain. But she wraps her arms around Dulcie and returns the hug.]

It's like a beach but without the ocean! Which is really silly but I admit it, I like silly. In fact, silly is sometimes my default.

Someone has to be cause otherwise I'm just standing out on a limb by myself looking like a big 'ol dork. Which I'm actually used to. Before my sister's friend Willow got all serious and broody, she used to be silly with me sometimes. But that was a few apocalypses ago.

[Yes, the Summers girls measure their lives by apocalypses, plural. She looks back to one of the coolers and then to Dulcie again.] Have you tried the punch?

Apocolypses do tend to be a bit of a downer on people.

Super awesome punch made of awesomeness. It's "special" punch. [She uses her fingers to put quotations around the word 'special'. Then she offers Dulcie her red solo cup halfway full of the super yummy red punch that smells pungent with alcohol but tastes sweet with a bit of a kick to it.]

I learned to make it in college at some of the parties I went to. It's got lots of special stuff in it.
