Log;

He found his way to the designated meeting place with hardly any difficulty. It was a good idea to have gone out with Cheza into the heart of the City the evening before -- he had now ensured that getting lost would not be an issue.

The sun was shining brightly -- almost too brightly for seven-thirty in the morning, and Lelouch had to wonder: was this one of those curses he'd heard mentioned? That the sun would be up and shining so brightly this early? Either way, he had no complaints. At the moment, it would help him greatly. In this situation, no suspicion would arise from him wearing his new sunglasses everywhere.

When he arrived at the café, it was clear that neither of the two had arrived. Good -- Lelouch purposely asked for a seat outside, and the waiter brought him there almost immediately. He sat down, leaning back against the seat, and waited for his sister and ally to arrive.

At the siblings’ reunion, Dietrich stepped back to give them some space as was polite. He enjoyed watching warm displays of love, family love specially. It was alluring even if he never knew what that was about in his life.

Giving a short bow, he shook his head and hands in fake modesty. “I’m not as cruel as to separate family like that. Nunnally is also a well-behaved girl that couldn’t disturb anyone.” He glanced at the table, sighing and unbuttoning the collar of his shirt to relax. “I’m still not used to this hot weather, but, if Nunnally prefers outdoors, the lady’s prerogative is mine.”

He scratched his cheek in the most agreeable mood.
