Lux was decorated and ready to go. It was just waiting a certain birthday girl and her friends.

George recognized them from her files, of course, but didn't say anything.

"I might go over and introduce myself," she offered, smiling in reflection of the birthday girl's enthusiasm. "But don't let me keep you from everyone else. You have a lot of friends here today."

"I hope you do, and Martha Jones as well," Tosh replied, pointing Martha out.

She nodded, George was right, there were a lot of people for her to talk to. "Don't run off too quickly, I bet Ianto's got something delicious to eat, and there's cake. And I understand there might be dancing later."

George nodded, although she didn't have particular plans to stay too late. Maybe she should have dragged Logan along after all. "I'll hang around for a bit, I've heard Mr Jones' cooking is excellent."
