THREAD (Closed now)
When;Wednesday/Afternoon
Rating; TBA
Characters; Namine, Kaoru Hitachin, Kaoru Kamiya,Makoto
Summary; She is sitting on the steps of the apartment building , sketching the people as they pass by.Namine has become more interested in the city residents.
Log;
The blond drew up her knees a little as she shifted the drawing pad to a more comfortable angle. She only had the vaguest recalling of the fourth wall curse, but the event had made her more aware of the many people and personalities co-existing in the city with her. She had not actually sat down and put pencil to paper in a long while.
So many lives uprooted and brought here....so many different existences...yet people rebuild and go on. That's the way of things. she thought. I'm not homesick for anything myself. I have all the people I need right here. I'm lucky.

Walking along buildings and shops, he stopped when he saw a vaguely familiar girl perched on the steps, drawing. Sauntering over to her, he peeked over her drawing pad.
Mind if I crash?
The whole thing was making her think and dwell too closely on what had bothered her the first time she'd heard about this other her. She was real right? She could stand and walk and speak. She had every one of her memories from the time she could start remembering. She was real in every sense of the word. But what did that mean here? If another her could show up, one that seemed more 'real' to others, did that make her real?
Kaoru however had never been the best at logic and reasoning. Where someone would come up with the idea of multiple realities or a splicing of the timeline that caused three of her from the same timeline to simultaneously exist outside of time and space, Kaoru thought of neither idea.
She was the sort of girl who took action, running headlong into trouble in order to protect others. She wasn't the type to think with a rational mind. She was also a girl and a girl in love. That made the rational part of her mind even less likely to show itself.
She noticed the girl however. She couldn't be much younger then Kaoru herself. Another distraction, making friends. She wasn't thinking of it as one, just that the girl seemed like she might be nice. She offered a wave of her hand and a smile. "Hi."
TWO Kaorus!!!!!!!!!!!! %^^&^$%^#%
"Um..."she wasn't sure which to address first and her eyes darted back and forth. "Hi!"
The boy looked about her age or maybe a little over. It was hard to tell in people nowadays. It was so much easier, to tell what was in their hearts - being what she was. So she wasn't alarmed by either of them despite their being strangers.
Kaorus are taking over!
He glanced at the other woman, a bit curious. It was beginning to feel like a party. Oh~
Because we're so cool

Walking along absentmindedly, it took her a moment to notice Namine. When she did, she raised a hand in greeting and began to approach. "Hey!"
KaouruH - KaoruK - Namine- Makoto (good posting order?)
She was about to introduce herself to them both when she heard a familiar call out to her. She sat up straighter. "Hi, Makoto!"
She waved her friend over, smiling brightly. This day was turning out to be interesting.
yes to posting order!

"Ah, I don't live here, I'm afraid. My, such lovely friends you have, miss."

Without showing what was going on in her mind she smiled at the art after bowing to the other two. "Your picture is really pretty."

She nodded towards the brunette. She turned to the young woman that had complimented her art.
"And actually I haven't gotten your name yet, miss." she said, looking sheepish.
The petite Nobody had never been around so many new faces at one time....well, there had been the time meeting some of the organization members. She had been even shyer then though and most didn't take any particular interest in conversation.

Abstract or not, an artist's touch was unmistakable. She leaned down slightly, her gaze appreciative. "This is really nice!" she commented softly.

"You're Kaoru?" she asked, seemingly a little surprised. "Are you the same Kaoru I spoke to on the network?"
She didn't want to say: 'I thought you were a boy!' Probably not the nicest thing to do.

"There's a dojo here?"

After a few moments she went back into recovery. If Kaoru was good at anything it was the ability to bounce back when she wanted to deny something completely. "And of course we have a dojo. I'm one of the teachers there." She realized that the boy seemed to have pulled himself from the conversation, but said nothing. Maybe he was just curious.

"A dojo?" she repeated. "What do they teach at a dojo?"
Many times Namine wished she hadn't spent the first months of her nonexistence confined to a castle and then a mansion. This was one of those times. She kept steering her focus away from the past. After all, she'd meant it when she told Youko that the future was the important thing; but her ignorance about things just kept coming back to remind her.

She turned to Namine; the question didn't seem too odd - after all, some if not most of her friends had probably asked the same question, more than once - and she smiled as she explained. "Ah, they teach - and practice - martial arts."

Hunny-senpai, he knew, may like it there.
