Summary; The TARDIS-based rescue teams board the Deus Ex Machina II
Log;

With the defenses down and the all-clear given by Iron Man, a simple blue police box appeared in a dark corridor of the Major's zeppelin.

Inside the TARDIS, the rescue teams waited anxiously, eager to help their friends and fellow citizens, hopefully ready for what was in store for them.

With the re-materialization complete, Romana turned to the waiting teams, "Bring any wounded or rescued individuals back here, and remember, you must be back onboard the TARDIS before the final assault, we will have to leave quickly once the warning is given."

"Ray! Jeez, I knew I shouldn't have left you alone."

Her voice was obviously trying to hide a snicker. She looked at the device and found Rachel's position. She headed that way following the path on the device until she met up with Rachel. She waved at her and smiled.

"Finished yet?"

Rachel waved with a wince. She was going to hurt tomorrow.

"See any bad guys?"

"Jeez you okay?" She looked over her friend who'd gotten a bit more beaten up then Kitty had expected.

"None while I was coming through, I took a few short cuts through the walls though. It's not horribly far back to get to the TARDIS. We should really hurry back though because I'm not positive they heard my be right back shout."

"Oh, goody. More soldiers."

She offered Kitty her hand.

"Let's go your route."

"They must have camera's or freaky evil soldier senses," she said rolling her eyes. She took Rachel's hand and started back the way she came. Through a few shortcuts that she made her own way.

It always gave her the shivers when Kitty phased her through something, but Rachel appreciated the shortcut. It wasn't like the soldiers looking for them could follow, and with luck none of them will have found the TARDIS yet.

She finished with her through the walls shortcuts and were back to where they had originally parted. Kitty looked around and thankfully didn't see anymore soldiers.

"Looks like we're in the clear, it's the same path from here."

Rachel took a look around, no sense getting sloppy now.

"Let's go, stay close."

Rachel took the lead again, back the corridors they originally came down.

Kitty stayed behind Rachel, but only slightly. Following the corridors, she wondered how many times she'd walked this way now. She should have kept count.

"We better not run into anything more. This is getting old."

Rachel didn't speak, she just focused on the hallway ahead. A few more turns and they would be there.

Kitty kept turning so far so good. She kept thinking she heard things from behind her though, which just made her go faster.

There! Freaky box-ship, ahoy!

Rachel hit her comm unit again. "Miss Romana, we'd appreciate it if you could unlock the door, please."

The confirmation message was sent and there was a click as the TARDIS door unlocked.

"Looks like we made it. I feel like there should be cheesy theme music."

Kitty walked into the TARDIS. Mission: success.
