Summary; Tony is having a Midsummer Night Party at his house

True to his word, Tony has everything ready. His house has been turned into party central. There's a stage and a DJ stand in his living room. The rest of the room has been turned into a dance floor. JARVIS has locked rooms that people should not be in such as his bedroom and his workshop. Other then that, the house is open to everyone. Music has been piped down to the beach and there is a roaring bonfire there.

Staff dressed in costumes befitting Shakespeare's play mill about with food. Down on the beach there are hot dogs to be roasted as well as marshmallows. There's staff down there as well.

There is of course an open bar both on the beach and in the house.

Tony is dressed a bit like this as Miss Rushman veto'd dressing up as Iron Man. He can't think of a better costume than the boy who never grew up. Yes he has on tights. No he doesn't care.

[ooc: The house looks a bit like the one in the movie. Lots of glass, lots of space. Right on the beach]

Tony chuckles at that, considering some of the things Reinette might be able to do here that she wouldn't be able to do in her world. "Alright. Compromise. I'll take you to do anything you choose, scandalous or entirely proper if you spend the day with me dressed in jeans and a tee shirt."

She considers his proposition. It would be the first time she's worn pants; though she'd bought a pair weeks before, it remained unworn in her closet. "Deal. Though, you should be aware: given the choice between an activity that is scandalous and one that it is not, it should be quite clear which I will choose."

"Simply wearing the pants will be scandal enough to start out with," Tony assures her. He knows she'll pick something safe. He doesn't mind. For now.

"Scandal in my world, at least, but not in this one. I have seen more women in pants than dresses since I have arrived. It is a trend I have been meaning to try, but have not yet found the occasion to." Of course she'll chose something safe. Jeans that fit her form only slightly, and a nice, tasteful blouse that Tianzi will have helped pick out.

"I'm taking it easy on you. We'll cover scandals in your world then when you're used to that we'll start on scandals in my world." He's got a plan. Sort of.

"And what sort of scandals in your world do you suggest I take on?" Perhaps she should be frightened.

She probably should. "Drink too much. Take over a stage. Laugh too loud. Drive too fast. Stop caring what people think for a little while."

Okay so it's more of a list.

"That is quite the list of scandals." One word catches her ears.

"Drive? Have you carriages in your world as well?"

"A short one at least," Tony chuckles. He quirks an eyebrow at Reinette. "Not carriages. Automobiles. I'll have to see if I can borrow one here and teach you to drive. Eventually I intend on building my own but that's going to take time."

"Drive one myself?" she asked, eyebrows raised. The word "automobile" triggered a memory of a photo she had seen once in one of the library's books. Horses she could handle. Automobiles? Not quite yet. She dismissed the idea with a wave of her hand. "Perhaps I should leave that to you."

"Ah but it's not a scandal or taking a risk. It's being a passenger. You don't want to spend your life being a passenger, Reinette. We'd start slow. Take it easy," Tony answered.

"I cannot make any promises," she says, laughing, "but I will give it a try."

"That's all I ask of you. Ever actually," Tony assures her with a smile.

She returns his smile. "You ask very little of me. I should have no problem at all filling your request."

"Usually I'm considering incredibly demanding," Tony muses. And really...well he usually is.

"I feel honored that you seem to be making an exception for me."

"As you should," he waggles his eyebrows at her as he says it, barely checking a chuckle.

"However shall I show my gratitude," she says with a dramatic sigh.

"All of my suggestions end up with you naked," Tony admits with a laugh. "I'm sure you'll come up with something less naked."

"Of course they do." She turns her head slightly to hide the flush in her cheeks. "And of course I will have to think of something else."

Oh he made her blush. That is just fantastic. And shall have to happen more often. He barely reins in his chuckle. "Naturally. I wouldn't expect anything less. You are extraordinarily lovely when you blush."

"Blushing? I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about." She smiles. No idea at all.

"It must have been a trick of the light," Tony chuckles. "I'll have to make sure I arrange for just this sort of light more often."

"So that you may constantly suffer under the delusion that I am blushing?" she asks with a laugh.

"No one can say I don't like my delusions."

This is true. However he rarely admits they're delusions. He prefers to think of them as fact.
