[With one of the few reacquired skills he's picked up, Gremio prepares a pot of tea as part of his usual morning routine. It's possible he might be able to handle a simple breakfast...though he'd be better off leaving it to his housemates--Luc or Riou. Between the three of them, surely one can cook a good meal while he cleans.

And as far as he remembers, they don't live with anyone else.]

[ Tyr should try not to be mad about this, but it doesn't work. He hates this curse, since it definitely is a curse. ] ...That's how I remember him, too.

[ Looking away from Gremio again. These eggs should cook faster. He's never taken food off to his room with him, but he sort of wants to. ...Or maybe he'll go to Katara's and just leave the food. Moody moody. ]

Is it, now? [Again with the impatient skepticism. With a sigh through his nose, Gremio returns to sweeping. If he even had an appetite in the first place, it would have long disappeared.]

I wish I could say the same about you. [ There's a tone of bitterness in his voice as he turns up the heat. Then he remembers Aang lives with Katara now. ...He'll go to the beach. ]

Well, my apologies for not being as you expected. [Gremio, in turn, is indignant and a little moody himself. He stalks several steps away to put some distance between them while continuing to sweep.]

[stargathering]

[ Tyr notices, but that's just all the more reason he should go when this is done. ] I don't accept.

[axeofoath]

[And Gremio's somewhat glad he has his back to Tyr so the other can't see the irate look on his face, even if his shoulders stiffen tellingly.] That is hardly my concern, Tyr.

[stargathering]

Remember that when this curse is over. [ Yep, turning up the heat did it. Tyr would be more annoyed if he managed to burn the eggs, but he moved quickly enough. He moves them only a large plate for serving.

When he turns around to face Gremio again, he notices the tenseness, but screw you for today, Gremio. ] Go call Riou and the others.

[Gremio doesn't even dignify the curse comment with a response.]

Then if you would excuse me- [With that terse reply, he stalks out of the kitchen to wake them up, never once looking back at Tyr.]

[ And Tyr doesn't respond either, but just leaves the plate of eggs there before going to his room. Gremio might here the door click behind him as he gets bundled up.

...He wonders for a moment if he should leave a note, especially after the last time. ...He writes a short one and leaves it on his desk. ]

[The sound does rouse his suspicions, since he has little reason to believe Tyr actually lives in the apartment. Gremio doesn't do anything yet, though, what with this kid's strange behaviour--he'll have to ask Riou about him once he's properly awake.]

[stargathering]

[ Tyr puts the picture back in the drawer he keeps it in and lalala, getting dressed. Tyr wouldn't even expect any complaints about getting changed into his own clothes in the room he's had for nearly a year.

Wrapping Katara's scarf around his neck last, he leaves his room with his staff. Click. ]

[And Gremio's watching from nearby, just a little ways down the hallway.]

...Are you leaving without saying goodbye to your friend?

[stargathering]

[ Tyr looks over his shoulder. ] Yes. He knows how to contact me if he needs to...

[axeofoath]

[Obviously unimpressed, Gremio shakes his head in exasperation and replies with strained politeness.] Very well. Take care, Tyr.


[ooc: Do you want to fast-forward to the next day to conclude the curse, or let it go on a little longer? Either's fine with me~ :D]

[stargathering]

[ Tyr isn't very impressed in Gremio's attitude, either. If he's lonely, it's his own fault, but Tyr leaves with just a mumbled "goodbye" back at Gremio. ]

[ ooc: Fast-forward to Tyr coming in the next day? Ah, might as well! Tyr might not be back that day... Or do you mean let the curse in general last more than a the weekend? ]

[ooc: Either one! We could fast-forward to the 23rd or 24th and have Gremio remember...Does that work?]

[stargathering]

[ ooc: It does! I'm bad at choosing the day... But let's go for 23rd since I don't know if Tyr would disappear for more than a day on Gremio at this point.;; ]

[ So he still comes back in like he owns the place, slipping off his boots and tugging at his cloak and scarf to loosen them up. There's a bit of ruddiness to his face, but he's not any worse for wear. Oh, except he's still looking rather bitter. WHATEVER. Making a bee-line for his room. ]

[ooc: Okay, great~! :3]

[Oh, he won't be escaping to his room that easily, as Gremio hears him come in. He pokes his head around the corner into the hallway, on guard in case someone's breaking in--which might appear to be the case. Although still uncertain (and maybe a little moody himself), he firmly questions Tyr.]

Tyr, you're back--Did Riou invite you over again?

[stargathering]

I live here, Gremio. No one needs to invite me. [ He'd show the keys, but he really doesn't care to in preference of taking his mood out on the person who caused it. ]

[For a moment, Gremio only regards him in silence. He might still be moody from the previous day, but he has had a whole day to reflect on the strangeness of the situation, talk to his apartmentmates, and possibly snoop around straighten up Tyr's room.

He can't deny that something is going on. So instead of disputing Tyr's claim, Gremio asks, maybe a little reluctantly:] ...Tyr. Shall we talk about this?

[stargathering]

[ Tyr still looks at him harshly, but he doesn't want to fight with Gremio. After a few moments to calm down, he decides to not snap at Gremio again. ] ...I'm taking these things off first.

[ He'll be walking past Gremio to his room now while he unravels that scarf. ]

Of course. [His politeness is a little forced again, with the way Tyr's acting. All he can think is that surely any son of Master Teo's, who this boy claimed to be, would be much more well-mannered.

In the meantime, he returns to the kitchen to make a pot of tea and hopefully calm down before they discuss.]

[stargathering]

[ You'd hope that, wouldn't you, Gremio? No, Teo's son is a brat who dresses like a beggar. ...Although his clothes are pretty nice now that he's had to buy new ones in the City. It doesn't take him long to hang his cloak and scarf in the closet, but he lingers there for a little while longer. Would Gremio really dislike him this much if he hadn't had to take care of him?

... He spots the note he left on the desk and crinkles it up before going to the kitchen. ] What did you want to talk about?

[If Gremio were smarter about this, he might realize Tyr's current brattiness is because of his own attitude, too...But he's not, so all he can do is wonder and try to keep a level head.

It really is difficult for him to think that he could've forgotten anyone he was supposedly so close to...For now, he tries to look for the right words.] I...spoke with Jowy and Riou earlier. [A pause.] They suggested that we do know each other.

[stargathering]

Of course they would. [ Tyr just looks at Gremio, waiting for him to go on. They better have done more than just "suggest" it whether Riou remembers meeting them at Banner or not. But he's not in the mood to speak, and just cocks his head to the side for Gremio to get to his point. ]
