Most people who get hit with the gender switch curse find it a relatively stressful experience and often stay home. Curt is a little more adventurous and is actually pretty excited about performing as a woman so everyone can see how hot he still is. He's decided on the stage name Candy because it was the trashiest name he could think of and that's how his brain works. He uses the breaks between songs to flirt with the crowd, clearly enjoying himself. His voice is higher, of course, but retains a familiar rough, growly quality.

Well, there've been a couple of times where I've been out in the Square on my sitar. I get looked at a lot then. And sometimes around some of the holidays. And one or two curses I'm pretty sure people've stared at me.

Oh. The curses make sense. A lot of really weird stuff happens on curse days. Your sitar's just an instrument, though. [A brutal one in a fight, though.]

Yeah. I dunno, though, I guess that people aren't used to people playing it out in the open like that, though. But I like playing by the fountain. And the beach. [A considering pause.] A lot of people haven't ever heard of a sitar, though.

Yeah, definitely! Just like my water. I've met other people here who can do stuff with water, but no one else can do stuff like I can.

What were you like when you had a heart?

Well, some of it's pretty fuzzy. But I don't think I ever liked water as much as I do now. I got my sitar as a gift when I was really young. From my dad, I think. He traveled a lot.

[He grins.] Yeah, probably! Playing some of Curt's songs are weird, though, so it took a while to get those.
