It's Rapunzels birthday.

Rapunzel was one of several people in the City that Charlie thought was important. In fact, Charlie'd quite easily say Rapunzel was her best friend. When she heard Rapunzels' birthday was coming, Charlie wanted to do something about it so, after telling several of their friends about it, Charlie spent the last several days gathering what she needed for the party.

There was a cake which Charlie helped make. There was a table covered in other kinds of foods, too. Smaller cakes, candies, sandwiches, fruit and vegetable trays and several kinds of drinks. Some with alcohol and some without.

And this all took place in the rooftop garden of Charlie's apartment. Most of the vegetables and fruits are gone. (protip; they're on the table covered in food). This leaves several kinds of flowers decorating the place. And there were floating lanterns, unlit, set on a table. All of them had been made by various party-goers and Charlie and she'd left a few unfinished in case people wanted to work on those.

Tied to the corners of the table were a few lit lanterns that burned harmlessly. There were also strings of dragonfly lights strung around the area, some of which shift color very very slowly.

[He laughs. Almost impressed.]

You really remember all that stuff? I couldn't keep that straight. I barely remember what I do at the zoo.

You work at the zoo? Really? That's so cool!!

If you like that much, you should come see it. I'll give you a tour if you do!

I will! The first time I went to the zoo, it changed on me and I ended up getting lost and stuck there overnight.
