Summary; The celebrations continue, and the Anonymous regime has summoned guests that Citizens might (not) prove very thrilled to see! As opposed to other Fourth Wall events, all visiting characters will have been invited to the City, or they must arrive here of their own will.

There's so much to do and so much to see in this City of cities. From tromping through Xanadu, long walks along the shore, shopping in the Square, hunting in the forest, meeting a contact in the Underground, or getting as many answers as possible at the Welcoming Center how can anyone decide on just one. In three days time so much can be done!
Shops and restaurants are having specials. Happy hour has become happy days in some bars. This is quite the occasion! When the City decides to celebrate, it becomes contagious. Why not smile and strike up a conversation with a stranger? After all, a stranger is a friend you haven't met yet.

[She does that wiggle that signals she wants to be put down, and takes his hand. The cave is cool and quiet, and the ocean comes in through a hole, making a pool.]

[He lets her down and lets her take his hand as well, content to follow wherever she leads.]

[She is more than capable of doing it herself, but she wants him to do it, wants to give him that to do. She moves her hair out of the way so he has room, so he can see them, even inside the cave.]

[Not that he's hesitating to get the laces undone. The job is just coming accompanied by humor, that's all.]

[She nears the water, then, and touches a bare foot to it, and suddenly, as though she's magic, it lights up, quick as a flash, bright blue.
She giggle and moves in, and where it moves, there's blue, blue, blue, flashing lights, illuminating around her.]

[It's not the phenomenon that gets him; he's seen the Capitol do dozens of variations on the same idea. It's the effect of the whole thing, somehow, girl and water and...magic.]

[She turns and the light flashes over and over at her movements. Where the droplets hit her skin they flash for a moment. She smiles up at him. She found this place, this phenomena when she was looking for him.
