Summary; The celebrations continue, and the Anonymous regime has summoned guests that Citizens might (not) prove very thrilled to see! As opposed to other Fourth Wall events, all visiting characters will have been invited to the City, or they must arrive here of their own will.

There's so much to do and so much to see in this City of cities. From tromping through Xanadu, long walks along the shore, shopping in the Square, hunting in the forest, meeting a contact in the Underground, or getting as many answers as possible at the Welcoming Center how can anyone decide on just one. In three days time so much can be done!

Shops and restaurants are having specials. Happy hour has become happy days in some bars. This is quite the occasion! When the City decides to celebrate, it becomes contagious. Why not smile and strike up a conversation with a stranger? After all, a stranger is a friend you haven't met yet.

[Steely blue eyes capture quite a bit. Cooper says nothing. His screen used to have a face. Now it's just a muscle car. Someday it'll have a person again.]

Freddy with an I and E or a Y?

[He's no Lounds, heh heh heh. Freddy Cop sounds good to him, it is what he is. Almost a title. So close to Freddy Cooper though. Ahem.]

[The standard iphone click clickity noise heralds the final motion and that's that. Freddy is added to Cooper's phone. A real imprint that they met. He doesn't know about no memories. He believes that he'll come on out into the world again, just living some bad trip.]

The heads up are appreciated. I'll be honest with you, I don't think I'd get the lay of the land on my own.

[From one brother in blue to another. Freddy grins, looking like he's feeling pretty good about himself.]

[Hopefully the friendly and helpful Freddy will accept this as the natural end to their contact for now. Cooper steps one way and sort of half waves.]

[Freddy's not one to insult the intelligence of his fellow officers (actually he is, some co-workers you just don't get along with) but he can't help noticing the lack of a full kit belt on this guy.]

You lose something?

[Vague and somehow to the point. Maybe John will pick it up easily.]

[He freezes. And even though he's got the belt on. The weight is different. It's like walking around knowing that in an emergency you can't perform right.]

Yeah. I did.

[It's shameful. Like a dog without teeth.]

[Freddy doesn't know what's up. He doesn't know why he's without his belt. For all he knows John Cooper arrived just about to put it on. There are so many reasons, the last one he'd consider is suicide watch. Rubber gun squad shit.]

Here. I've got ten at home.

[Ten including Larry's. The kid gets down on one knee to unholster his sidearm. It's small, easy to conceal, and a well-placed shot can be lethal.] It's not much but.

[Any firepower helps. Right here on the street. It's not that crowded and they're both professionals who can make the exchange look like nothing because Freddy assumes John's going to take it.]

[Cooper starts to to open his mouth. And then he stops.]

I know it's not protocol.

[One cop to another. Or bringing your own arms to work, that's a slippery slope of accountability. He doesn't hesitate though. Not for a second.]

[Left to right, eyes always moving and vigilant. Say no. Keep to orders. But what if, what if... The dilemma keeps on playing back and forth, back and forth right up until he puts his hand out.]

[Freddy nods. Who ever suspects Freddy Newendyke of being a cop just by looking at him? It works to the kid's advantage. Sometimes too well. He notices the shift in Cooper's eyes but to Freddy he just considers it a reaction to a good gesture in truly inexplicable circumstances.]

It's not gonna stop a raptor, okay? If you need more, I got your back.

[It's not like it's a pity lunch or trying to kind out all the emotions coiled up inside of him. Cops watch out for other cops.]

How likely are raptors?

[Meaning he is going to take this gun. Might bring him out of a moody orbit he's been trying to drift into. Responsibility, a real sort of beat.]

Kind of likely. [Freddy nods three times, brows furrowed because he knows how ridiculous it sounds.] Sure. No problem.

[Like he said, he's got tons of guns at home...though if memory serves him right it might have been Larry who paid for the Tomcat, oops.]

[Likely to get yourself killed if they are around. Jurassic Park was a good movie. Cooper nods.]

[Gun held close he feels more effective. Now it's like he an patrol with more authority than just a navy blue suit. Before turning to leave, the cop extends his hands for a shake.]

[Sorry, no last names for this kid. He's got his reasons. Maybe the Tomcat's already done all the undercover talking for him. Freddy takes John's hand for a firm shake.]

[It has. Also it's very distinct for leaving off a last name when that is usually all you go by as a cop. He's done more than enough for only being a stranger. A firm shake in return as he tries to commit his face and everything they talked about to memory. He's got to be round still or something. Better look him up at home, assuming they got the same home.]
