Summary; The celebrations continue, and the Anonymous regime has summoned guests that Citizens might (not) prove very thrilled to see! As opposed to other Fourth Wall events, all visiting characters will have been invited to the City, or they must arrive here of their own will.

There's so much to do and so much to see in this City of cities. From tromping through Xanadu, long walks along the shore, shopping in the Square, hunting in the forest, meeting a contact in the Underground, or getting as many answers as possible at the Welcoming Center how can anyone decide on just one. In three days time so much can be done!

Shops and restaurants are having specials. Happy hour has become happy days in some bars. This is quite the occasion! When the City decides to celebrate, it becomes contagious. Why not smile and strike up a conversation with a stranger? After all, a stranger is a friend you haven't met yet.

[ Harry's definitely familiar enough with his Starfleet history to interpret the uniform, even if it is a slight variation from what he's seen in holoimages. The remark is greeted with a small smile, accompanied by a sound that's nearly a chuckle.

Captain Harry Kim. Wouldn't his parents love that? ]

No, sir. Not yet, at least.

Some day, then. [ He offers a hand, a smile wry with his own faulty guesswork. ] Captain Kirk. You're the second Starfleet guy I've seen wearing the same kind of uniform, the first was significantly dressed-down, made it hard to spot him amongst all these people. A Mr. Paris, do you know him?

[valedictory]

Captain Kirk... [ The repetition serves as both an acknowledgement and a chance to let the captain's identity sink in. After a slight hesitation on it, he does shake that offered hand, giving a slightly nervous smile as he does. ] I'm Ensign Harry Kim, sir.

[ His smile does crack a bit on one side at the description of Mr. Paris. Significantly dressed-down. Yep. ]

Of course. Tom. [ He nods. ] Yes, I do. He's one of my shipmates - our flight controller.

You've got yourself a mouthy helmsman for a friend. I also got him a drink, I'd better do the same for you before we start jumping into temporal this-and-that.

[ Patting him on the arm, Jim nods to the nearest bar. ]

It's turning into a hell of a day. Will you join me, Ensign?

That's a bit of an understatement. He's a good guy, though - best pilot I know, but don't tell him that.

[ He smiles, and gives a nod. ]

Yes, sir. Though I'm sure you know there's a lot I can't really go into specifics on.
