Summary; The celebrations continue, and the Anonymous regime has summoned guests that Citizens might (not) prove very thrilled to see! As opposed to other Fourth Wall events, all visiting characters will have been invited to the City, or they must arrive here of their own will.

There's so much to do and so much to see in this City of cities. From tromping through Xanadu, long walks along the shore, shopping in the Square, hunting in the forest, meeting a contact in the Underground, or getting as many answers as possible at the Welcoming Center how can anyone decide on just one. In three days time so much can be done!

Shops and restaurants are having specials. Happy hour has become happy days in some bars. This is quite the occasion! When the City decides to celebrate, it becomes contagious. Why not smile and strike up a conversation with a stranger? After all, a stranger is a friend you haven't met yet.

That's true-- I suppose there's no way to predict it.

Call me old-fashioned, but I wouldn't want to know what's coming around the bend. Some things should be left to God.

I'm inclined to agree.

[But at least the company's good.]

Though I suppose I'd rather go forward than backward, if I can't stay in the right time.

Given the choice between going back or going forward... well. I can think of a few things I might do differently a second time around.

[He pushes his empty glass away. Surely he hasn't had enough to drink to get maudlin already.]

Well, that's just the problem. Who couldn't?

[No wallowing. She takes a sip of her drink before continuing.]

But I wouldn't want to be responsible for altering the future. Dealing with that temptation...

Playing with time travel is a disaster waiting to happen. Best if we all stay where we're supposed to be.

Well, except for when we can't help it, but this place can't have much of an impact on what's going on at home.

I should hope not, I'd hate to think I'll go home to a ship with twice the crew.

[countrydoctor]

If that happens, there's bound to be at least one Spock with a logical solution for us.

He's always good for that.

Yours too? I might lose my mind in a world with two of those pointy-eared computers.

I've never met an illogical Vulcan. I like that about him.

[She could see how two might be a bit much, though...]

[McCoy appreciates Spock most of the time in spite of what he says.]

Someone has to. We don't exactly see eye-to-eye.

Could be he's gotten humorless in his old age.

[Which is a joke, which is probably fairly obvious, though her delivery is strikingly dry.]

Or I have.

[Not a joke, exactly, but it could pass as one.]

He can smile, you know. On occasion.

[He scoffs, but doesn't deny it.]

Don't let that get around, Morgan. It'd be a threat to his Vulcan dignity.

I'm certain his dignity can handle worse.
