Log: Complete
When; Today!
Rating; PG-13?
Characters; Auel [
acid_trippin] and Simca [
simca_swallows]
Summary; Simca’s on a mission to give Auel his first kiss. ♥
Log;
Auel happened to live in the same building, so unfortunately, Simca had no need to use her ATs to get there. Instead, she slipped on a pair of simple boots and walked, for once. This was sure to be amusing. Auel really was quite the little brat, but as she had informed him, Simca seemed to have a soft spot for unfriendly people. Perhaps it went back to the old “opposites attract” idea. Maybe she, being one of the friendliest people she knew, liked to balance things out with by spending time with grumpy people. Or maybe she was just a bit of a masochist.
For whatever reason, Auel and his insulting, sarcastic personality amused her. She was confident that this first kiss wouldn’t end with her being mocked about how terrible it was. She had had plenty of practice, after all.
Stopping in front of the door of apartment #8, Simca knocked gently and then crossed her arms over her chest, waiting patiently for her “Smurf” to answer the door.

Stopping in front of the door of apartment #8, Simca knocked gently and then crossed her arms over her chest, waiting patiently for her “Smurf” to answer the door.

"Are you ready, Auel?" she asked, raising one eyebrow curiously, an amused smile still dancing on her lips. They were very close now, their faces only inches apart.

Holding in the urge to flinch when Simca leaned in and captured his chin with fingers light as the gentle brush of a butterfly's wing, Auel had the feeling that their positions might have been supposed to be reversed. At least, that was how it always was on television wasn't it? The guy sexually harrassing the girl in a mini-skirt instead of the other way around?
The minute he caught sight of the challenging look she flashed at him, all thoughts of gender roles flew from his mind, pride flaring instantly. Right, this was a battle, a battle to decide whether he got to mock her for this stupid kiss later or not - positions didn't matter at all.
"I'm always ready," he told her, his voice oozing with confidence.

Auel had soft lips, she noted, as she leaned her head to the side a touch and deepened the kiss, pulling him a tiny bit closer. She knew she was good at kissing. Even when boys didn't tell her straight out, it was always obvious in their glazed over post-kiss eyes.
Deciding to be a little daring, even though it might have been a bit too much for a first kiss, Simca slipped her tongue out and traced Auel's bottom lip teasingly with the tip. One last press of lips and she backed off, finishing the kiss and opening her eyes again. Both eyebrows lifted curiously. "Well?" she asked softly, waiting for his response.
no subject
No, he hadn't expected tongue. Nor did he expect that teasing little - what was that, a lick?
Upon hearing her curious monosyllabic question that tinged with mild amusement, the pilot opened his mouth. "That..." He stopped, pouting at the drop in pitch his voice had taken, before he cleared his throat and tried again. "That sucked."
Yeah. Yeah, that told her.
no subject
"Silly. You can admit you liked it, you know. Or at least that it wasn't half bad. It's not like I'll make fun of you, or gloat," she pointed out, cocking her head to the side and studying his face.
"You have nice lips. Very soft," Simca added thoughtfully, reaching out to run the pad of her index finger across Auel's bottom lip teasingly.
no subject
"Everyone has soft lips!" he retorted half-heartedly, aware that it wouldn't have much of an effect on the frustrating girl sitting in front of him.
Damn it, this wasn't how it was supposed to go. They were supposed to break off from the kiss, he'd laugh and taunt her a little, and then they'd have a soda and watch the rest of the programme he was following earlier, period.
Auel's gaze fixed on the square tiles of the living room floor as he sulked, a sign that he refused point-blank to ever admit that maybe he did like that kiss, just a little.
no subject
"What's wrong with admitting you liked it? I'm good at kissing," Simca smiled, this time with less teasing and in a much more genuine way, hoping to make Auel a little less uncomfortable. He definitely shared a few personality traits with Yzak, though she would never tell either of them, knowing the friction that existed between the two factions. Auel was just as stubborn as Yzak, and also, just as stubborn as herself.
"And boys are supposed to like kissing," she added finally, watching him curiously once again.

Auel practically reared back as though he had been coerced by a venomous snake, blush deepening further. What the hell was wrong with this girl!? Not that... he didn't want-- no, really, what the hell!?
"'cause boys don't like kissing," he shot back, a fist rubbing furiously at his cheeks in an attempt to get rid of the burning sensation he felt on the surface. "We like manly stuff like, like mobile suits and-" he jabbed a finger at the bloody scene playing on television "-shooting and killing!"
Auel remained in that pose for a few minutes under Simca's scrutiny, before he finally snapped, nervousness concealed behind the impatience. "What? What's with that look?"
no subject
"Oh yes, of course. I know you all like that manly stuff, too," she waved a hand through the air flippantly. "But most boys are also pretty interested in girls, and all the good stuff that comes along with them," she explained, still looking very amused.
Finally, once Auel snapped at her, Simca threw caution to the wind and shrugged. "Oh, what the hell," she murmured as one hand shot out gracefully and placed itself on the back of Auel's neck while her lips moved in for another deep kiss.
no subject
"Mmm-!?" he managed when he felt soft lips against his for the second time, his entire body tensing up in shock.
Wait, his mind rationalised, what just happened? Did she just- oh no she didn't-!!
no subject
"And how was that one? Did that also suck?" she asked, even though she was pretty sure she already knew both the answer and the reply that she was going to get from Auel nonetheless.
no subject
Lips still tingling, Auel glared at her, ignoring the fact that his face was now beet red. The compliments she so casually gave him, something that he hardly ever heard in his entire career in the Earth Alliance, were not helping. In his mind, the same phrase revolved over and over: it sucked it sucked it sucked it sucked it sucked.....
Finally, he whipped his head to the side. "It wasn't bad," he muttered, as though those three words were the hardest things anyone had to say.
no subject
"And I didn't even bite you," she winked this time, laughing softly. The people from whatever world Yzak and Auel were from were bizarre. Simca didn't know too many of them, but if not for Lacus, and now Dearka, she would have concluded that they were all sexually repressed virgins or something utterly ridiculous like that.
"You're not too used to affection, are you Auel?" she asked, tilting her head to the side. "Hugs and kisses and all that. Does it make you uncomfortable?"
no subject
"Affection...?" The young pilot glanced up at Simca, eyebrows knitting together. "No, doesn't make me uncomfortable. Stellar hugs us all the time. Why?"
no subject
She almost decided to tell him that since she had kissed Yzak before, and more than once at that, kissing her had been like kissing a "Zaftie," but she figured the boy had had enough trauma for the day. "You should try making out next. It's like that was, only better and longer," she teased, winking at him.
no subject
"Don't wanna make out," he said with a scowl, sounding far more childish than he already was. "Sounds stupid."
no subject
"Or are you scared?" she teased, looking at him expectedly, amused by his sulky expression. Heaven forbid she be right and he be wrong, for once.
no subject
Pride called forth in that very instant, Auel turned to face her, determination burning in his emerald depths. He'd just have to wipe that grin off by winning this round. "Auel Neider's not afraid of anything," he stated, practically shoving himself into Simca's personal space, his nose inches away from hers. "You're on!"
Without a moment's hesitation, he closed the gap between them, pressing his lips against Simca's in a clumsy fashion that only served to reveal his inexperience.
no subject
Smiling against his lips, she tilted her head to straighten things out, lest Auel end up kissing her chin or something. Being the shameless young woman that she was, Simca brought one hand up and traced his jawline with one finger before finishing the kiss and grinning at him. "Not bad, for a beginner," she giggled. "You have potential!"
no subject
Mood having lifted from overcoming this tiny obstacle, Auel dropped back onto the couch, arms crossed behind his head. "So we've done the kissing stuff," he said, eyes flitting over to Simca, "You want that soda now?"
no subject
"You look all smug," she added with a knowing grin. "Feel proud of yourself? All manly and stuff?" she giggled, obviously amused. Auel was funny, his mannerisms and quirks, and Simca wasn't joking when she said she liked him. Even when he was being an ass, he still had a passion that she was impressed by.
[ooc: No worries! ♥]
no subject
"Hell yeah, 'cause it's manly to win!" he exclaimed, feeling the rush from that brief acrobatic maneuver. Without waiting for a response, the pilot spun and made his way into the kitchen. "What kind of soda do you want?" he called out as he pulled the fridge door to peer at the contents inside.
no subject
"Bit of a competitive little Smurf, aren't ya?" she snurked back at him playfully, and then waved her hand casually through the air. "I don't mind. Whatever you've got. Surprise me," she replied to his question about the soda.
no subject
"Always the best, remember that," Auel confirmed with a grin as he flopped down bonelessly next to Simca, his hands preoccupied with flipping the tab of his can open.
