Log; Ongoing
When; Saturday, June 7th, evening-ish
Rating; PG-ish probably
Characters; Kisara [
bewd_girl] and Greed [
so_very_greedy]
Summary; Kisara agrees to go on a date with Greed. Why? Who knows.
Log;
Kisara was nervous.
Of course, she was nervous just by nature, but this was different. Sure, she'd been nervous before her date with Kira, but that hadn't been a real date. This was. It was slightly unnerving.
She sat down on her bed, stood, and sat again. This was just silly. She got up, smoothing the brown linen dress that was the nicest article of clothing she owned, and walked from one side of the small room to the other a few times. Finally, she sighed in exasperation, went to the door of her room, and peeked outside curiously.

Greed grinned happily and whistled a small tune as he slid over to sit right next to her. He put an arm around her and showed her several pictures of meals and what they were.
"I'll just order for us both, then. What do ya' like? Somethin' sweet? Meat? Vegetables? Fish?"

She stared at Greed blankly, trying to comprehend what was going on.
"Uh... I don't know, really.... What do you think...?"

He curled his fingers in hers.
"You have really nice skin. Soft to the touch."
no subject
"Uh, thank you...?" she said uncertainly. "I, uh, mostly eat sandwiches here.... I d-don't really know wh-what I like o-other than that...."

He motioned to a waitress and made the order, than watched as she toddled off to fetch it. He turned his attention back to his date.
"So tell me about yourself, beautiful Kisara. Tell me about your world and it's people."
no subject
"I, uh.... That is, my world.... It's... uh...." She blinked. How was she expected to describe a desert?
"Hot?"

"We eat bread... and fish sometimes...."

He smiles as he sees the previous order approaching the table. Room was cleared as he graciously accepted the meal.
"Oooh, this looks good..."
A moment was taken to order rolls, then he took a bite of the meat.
"Damn! You gotta' take a bite!"
no subject
"But it's all red--mnf!" She clapped a hand over her mouth, horrified. She had complained. Surely that was unforgivable.

"...Well, I guess I can have half sent back and cooked. Yo! Server! Take care of this! Medium!"
The man hurriedly took care of Greed's order, then returned.
"Hell yeah! There we go. Is that better? Anything else?"
no subject
"Oh..." she said softly, more to herself than anyone else. "That's why...."
She looked up at Greed, offering a small smile. "I'm fine," she said, a little louder than normal. "Thank you."

"Really? Guess it's not an indigenous dish in your country. It's really good, though. Excellent taste. You need to broaden your horizons."

"This food? It's very good!" she exclaimed hastily. "I'm sorry, did I say something stupid...?"

Kisara frowned. She'd never been asked that before.
"To be honest, I don't really know," she mused, scratching her head thoughtfully. "It seems kind of silly, now that I think about it."

He offered her a bit of his steak.
"Want to try? I promise you that it's really good!"

"Open your mouth," he said, putting it under her nose, "I'll just pop it in there and you can chew it."
no subject
"It is pretty good," she admitted, chewing thoughtfully. "I've never eaten meat, except some fish and in sandwiches."

He took a few sips of his drink and stretched out a bit more, then stuffed a roll into his mouth.
"So, babe, you really never dated?"
