Summary; Euphie and Guy plan a beach party. Everyone is asked to attend.

It was the first uncursed Saturday, and has promised Guy and Euphemia were setting up the party at the beach. They had refreshments set up and a few games prepared for the attendees. It promised to be a beautiful day for playing in the water or lounging on the sand. And the evening was sure to make a great time for relaxing and listening to music.

Open log for everyone. YES EVERYONE. Euphie and Guy meant it when they invited everybody. Threadjack, plot, play, have fun. The possibilities are endless!

If you want some drama in the water, Guy and Katara are playing lifeguard. If you want some dancing, volleyball, silly swimsuit shenanigans, GO FORTH. the sky is the limit. Romantic sunset walks or ridiculous shounen power-surfing competitions, it's all encouraged!

[That's right! Rita's still tsun and blushing, but at least this actually has let her forget certain other things. The more they dance, the better her mood will get, too!]

[ Mood-boosting dancing! Tyr will dance normally, as energetically as he can without losing her. Not having a shirt on definitely helps. ]

[Almost like a status buffer! Rita matches most of his energy, quickly getting back into a natural rhythm.]

[ It takes the edge off the teasing! He grins that Rita is getting back into this easily; this is much better. ]

[And shortens the effective time! She can't deny that she likes dancing with him--she won't think any further than that; it's just dancing--so she grins right back at him.]

[ There's nothing more to dancing than just dancing; it's fun and gets their energies out. Rita is just surprisingly good, and he's happy to do this with her. ]

[And that's all they need to enjoy it. Rita might admit that he's impressively good--and maybe a bit more energetic, even--but she's having too much fun to care, anyway. They'll enjoy it right until the song ends.]

[ It's not a competition dancing with her, and he wouldn't mind dancing for a few more songs, either. It makes him curious-- ]

Did you dance a lot back home?

[While they could easily turn it into a competition, Rita likes just dancing as they are together.]

Just by myself, usually. [She answers without really thinking, comfortable in the moment.] What about you?

[ Tyr doesn't think he wants to compete; he's not that kind of dancer. ]

I hadn't really danced in a while back home. I never really danced alone, either. [ He doesn't add that dancing alone would feel weird to him. ]

[While Rita could potentially be competitive, a dance competition might just be weird. So this is better, anyway.]

So you used to dance with other people?

[stargathering]

Just my friend Mina, actually... She was a really good dancer, though.

Hm...Was she the one who taught you?

[stargathering]

Not quite, but she definitely taught me all the finer points.

[blastiafreak]

So you wouldn't have been as good without her, huh?

[stargathering]

Not a chance. She's the best dancer in the country.

[blastiafreak]

The whole country? I wouldn't have minded seeing that.

[stargathering]

Maybe she'll show up sometime and let you see. Her student was good, too.

You mean a student besides you, right?

[stargathering]

Yeah. She had actually students, too.

But you just got some free tips from her.

What about you? How did you learn?

[blastiafreak]

Me? It just came naturally. I learned on my own.

[stargathering]

[ His surprise is obvious on his face. It's a pleasant surprise, though. ] You're really great for learning on your own. I'm impressed.

[She blushes a little--again.] It...it's not like it was that hard or anything.
